This isn't canon to the DC main storyline. Why can't their footage equal gameplay? And bear in mind, it is canon that Joker managed to poison the flash with joker venom (in fact, he poisoned the entire justice league), so the Flash isn't quite as fast as you seem to think
It's almost explicitly stated in the Injustice series that the canonical characters are mirrors of their Earth-1 counterparts. Also, joker venom is either gaseous or liquid. And whilst flash is the fastest man alive, he still needs to breathe and drink.
They're still basically the same characters, just with their powers toned down or up a bit. And you know, yes, if you insist he has to think in attaseconds at all times, he would have time to notice and react to joker venom, which is never depicted as colorless. But in canon, he didn't. So his power clearly waxes and wanes with the author already, like any other comic book character

Oh god. Can we please discuss the game and not the comics here? I'm fairly certain there's the geek media section for that.
I liked the Injustice game, admittedly more for the story and the visuals of seeing all the characters. - Between Injustice and DCUO, that was actually how I was introduced to the greater universe of DC characters, really.
I was just so terribly, terribly, terribly bad at it. I think I'm at a 60/40% win/loss ratio right now - and that's just playing it against the computer on medium.
I will say, Supergirl with short hair looks really weird. Hopefully they'll have a TV-Supergirl alternative skin.

I've seen fish wearing goggles in animation, it was done to make them look different and unique.
Superman doesn't really need that, though, I grant, but that's the point of having things that are like that.

This whole new armour system? If that doesn't scream "This is our DLC platform!", I don't know what does.
It's ok now they've duck-taped the gak out of it lol
If I do get this one, it'll be for Xbone. I don't mind having to install games for that because at least you know that the game is on the disc. PC games, you buy the disc thinking you'll avoid the hassle of downloading it from Steam (if you're on a gak 4mbp/s internet connection like myself) and you get gak on by only having the install file on disc, and the rest of the game is downloaded.
