P3, all day every day, all the way!!!
i paint straight from the pot, so i prefer the lids versus Vallejo's droppers...
i find the unique undertones in the colors to be a lot of fun to work with, like the green-grey of Cryx Bane Base, the red-brown of Bloodstone, the blue-grey of Greatcoat Grey and so on...
the satin finish is also my prefered look...
some lines, like Reaper dry way too matte for my taste...
i want to try Scale 75, because they have really interesting tones, but the super-matte finish, and dropper bottles, have made me pass on them so far...
P3 inks are great for glazing...
the two washes dry a bit glossy, so i use the Armor Wash mostly on my steels and silvers, and the Flesh Wash on my golds and bronze...
aside from the Vallejo Air metals like Gold and Aluminium, and technical paints like Smoke, i have been very disappointed with Vallejo...
i only put up with the tips of the droppers cracking on the Air because those two colors are so awesome...
from
GW i only use Reikland Fleshshade on my brown base dirt, Druchi Violet on my grey rubble bases, and Martian Ironearth for cracked earth...
Coat d'Arms are great if you want old
GW colors like Ghost Grey, Scaly Green, and Midnite Blue...
Foundry are nice if you like the triad set-up to the color range...
mixing and matching for specific purposes and finishes is the way to go, but 95% of my go-to paints are P3
cheers
