I'm looking for what I think is old information. I remember reading about a character that would sacrifice as many men as needed to win. not sure what edition it was in. I can't find it now.
What Ash said. You're going to have to be a bit more specific since most Guard commanders are willing to send copious amounts of soldiers to their gristly demise. Chenkov just kind of had a fetish for it.

Should make a representation of Lord "Freddie" Castor. Creed''s second cousin. He openly states that a soldier's life is to die and he'd willingly order many to their deaths if it meant achieving his objective. He also has the mysterious ability to call in a valkyrie that drops off a box filled wit anything from a full squad of guardsmen to executioner turrets and can do this no matter what situation he's in. Indoors, far away from the battalion with no chance for them to know where he us, doesn't matter there's a always a valkyrie with a box of doom nearby.
Not to mention he's pretty hardcore for a human. Uses shotguns and sniper rifles one handed like a pistol with his bionic arm and no slouch in melee either.
