I never painted before and now I want to buy and paint myself. My armies are Evil Sunz Orks, 30k Imperial fists(Sergants wear black armor), Vior`la or FE tau(not sure yet), Infinity nomads(red) and Pano(white with blue or red stripes). Here paints I think to buy: leadbelcher, averland sunset, mephiston red, caledor sky, waaagh flash, xv 88, abbadon black, nuln oil, biel tan green, wild rider red, slaanesh grey, auric armor gold, moot green, ceramite white, screaming skull, lothern blue and grey primer(that I got a while back, can I still use it?) What should I change? Thanks in advance

Have you considered a GW or Vallejo starter kit? I got the GW Ork set and used up most of them (with the addition of one or two custom colors). Vallejo paints are really nice and they great start sets.

I got the Vallejo model colour kit a year or so ago, that pretty good value. It was still pricey, £130 i think, but you got at least 70 paints, a selection of varnishes, some medium and some spare brushes. If you're looking to buy or replace your paint en masse i'd suggest something like it. The GW sets were too... specific, not a wide enough selection of colours IMO, you'd need to buy a couple and the price stacks up.
Cheers.

If you havn't painted before, Get a set of brushes. There's a deal on amazon right here for army painters, and they have served me well. As far as paints go, get a big bundle. More upfront, but you save cash. https://www.amazon.com/Hobby-Starter-Mega-Brush-Set/dp/B00HC8H4EI/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1469590027&sr=8-4&keywords=army+painter+brush

GW, Vallejo and army painter have good ranges of paints and hobby supplies. GW are more expensive, I enjoy using their paints and their brushes will last if you take care of them. I really like the base paint range and the glazes.
Vallejo paints are fantastic, Game color and model color are 2 very good lines with lots of color choices. A starter set with 16 paints can be bought online in places.
Army Painter, good paints, good hobby gear, great value. I really like their colored primers for mass basecoating, I don't have room to set up an airbrush right now. They have several starter sets with brushes, paints, hobby gear, etc available.
If you are just learning an army painter or GW starter set would be a good way to go. You will paint, brushes and other equipment depending on which one you get. Just get a couple of different sized brushes, spray primer( I like to prime grey), a file for mold lines, sprue cutter, hobby knife, a good spread of colors, some washes or inks and some matte varnish. It will be an investment up front but you will use many of those things for quite awhile.
Have fun!

Buy whatever paints you need.
No, really.
Plan out how you want to paint stuff and figure out what colours you need to paint it like that.
Unless you have money to burn in which case just get a paint set and be aware that there'll be a bunch of paints you rarely or never use and could have probably mixed if you needed them.

Whatever list of paints you decide on, I'd highly recommend finding a place for a bottle of Army Painter Quickshade Ink (Strong Tone or Dark Tone probably).
It's simply miracle stuff. Particularly for beginners. The "effort/reward" ratio is outstanding.

Perhaps some Mechanicus Standard Grey as a nice flat mid-grey. I'd definitely get some Agrax Earthshade too.
You've got a bunch of different stuff to paint, and it sounds like you want to do a tabletop standard, consistent job across the armies. Perhaps it would be an idea to see if you can sneak a peak at the How to Paint Citadel Miniatures book for the armies you want to paint, plus something of a similar shade to the Infinity armies you're painting and write down the paints you'll need according to the book.
Every time this topic comes up, people recommend abandoning Citadel paints and just getting Vallejo, but the truth is they're both great. I have dozens and dozens of each, and I don't prefer one over the other. Vallejo just have a lot of quite vocal disciples. They're not wrong about Vallejo, mind you - they are great! Just don't let anyone tell you that Citadel are rubbish.
Good luck, I hope you enjoy painting. If you do, you'll probably have all the paints in a year's time anyway!

The GW painting tutorials on youtube are also good. Just be aware that the GW method of painting uses craploads of different paints, so it's an expensive way to paint if you follow it blow by blow. You can often mix intermediate colours if you're trying to save money, or mix variations of colours yourself (eg, instead of buying heaps of greens, buy 1 reasonably vibrant green and then mix the others with browns, greys and yellows) or mix your own washes/glazes (though I'd still buy a brown wash and a black wash as you'll use them a lot) or drybrush with regular paints rather than the dry paints. Just don't let anyone tell you that Citadel are rubbish.
I don't think many people say Citadel is rubbish it's just you can usually get other brands that are just as good for less money and Citadel pots are terrible, they get crusty around the lid and dry out too easily. There's certain colours I like in the citadel range, mostly the "Base" paints, like Averland Sunset, Rakarth Flesh and Mephiston Red, but other than that other brands are just as good, usually cheaper and don't come in sucky pots. When GW overhauled their range a lot of people abandoned them. Not much good when they stop making the paint you use.

As long as you don't use cheep craft paints or enamels the brand doesn't matter much.
Besides the colors you need for your scheme I would suggest:
White
Black
A black wash
And if you have the cash, some simple common colors. Think a small box of crayons. Sometimes you need just a little red or blue or green or yellow to bring out a detaile or mix a color.

Based on your suggestions I think I need to add silver and wash or 2. My friends told ne that both citadel and vallejo are. I want to buy citadel because there is an internet shop in our country that delivers it(so I don`t need to order from main GW site). Thanks again everyone

They do make you use a specific pot of paint for each stage, which gets expensive (especially when you've bought a pot that you used for edge highlighting one miniature and haven't touched since) but the advantage is that it becomes very easy to maintain a very consistent colour across an entire army even if you're painting individual miniatures months or years apart.

Yeah, the pots aren't great. You should see the pile of dried bits of paint I've scraped from the lids and which I'm accumulating on my desk. When it reaches a foot in height, I'm going to tweet a photo of it to GW in the hope that they will send me a titan or something out of shame! Vallejo dropper bottles, while much better than the GW pots, aren't perfect either though. Some of them take an unbelievable amount of shaking before you get a consistent unseparated paint out of them, and I personally tend to end up squeezing more out of them than I intended to use. With Citadel I can just use half a brush-full. I have had some weird finishes when using Vallejo paint sometimes as well, unexpected glossy finishes, that sort of thing. That is rare though, and for the most part their paints are excellent. They also make possibly my current favorite paint, the underrated Smokey Ink from the Game Colour range. This is a reddish brown colour with a slightly gritty texture, which is perfect for creating a dirty floor on the inside of a Rhino tank, or if thinned and applied carefully to specific areas can create a stunning leather effect.
