With the Wulfen I would suggest using the great axe. It's cheaper than the frost claws and unwieldy but with its rules you still fight at normal initiative on the charge. It also gives a better strength bonus. On the initial charge between the Thunder Hammers and axes most units will melt away anyway so not really much need to worry about initiative steps.

My question is why servitors? I've noticed a lot of lists with single Servitor units in the elite slot. Yes, they're cheap which will free up points for other things but are they really that worth it

They aren't worth it at all, it's just the "tax" for using the Formation, Company of the Great Wolf. It requires 1 HQ and 2 Elites. Most people just fill the elite slot with them to free up points.

I use to run the Wulfen with the Axe for the St8 at Int5 on the charge but didn't like my entire Pack hitting at Int 1 in the second round of CC. Although it rarely does go to a second round of CC with these guys. I might switch it back! Worst case scenario is that they die before Int 1 and get to attack anyway.

I see, so you simply pay the tax and it frees up better options. Especially since SW doesn't have many options for Elites anyway.

And yes in my experience so far with Wulfen most enemy troops don't last beyond the charge. The ones that do are usually the ones with multiple wounds or great dice rolls lol

i'd drop the knight, take the space wolf version of the conclave instead (or a regular one, just keeping options open for your fluffyness). you have no delivery system for the wulfen, so you need to keep them alive, the geomorph power or invis really helps there (potentially gamewinning off the bat). Plus that space wolf conclave power is too cool!

Keep the claws, they look better
