Hi guys, i usually play MO but i want to try making a serious 300 pt.s mission-oriented panoceania vanilla list:
PanOceania
──────────────────────────────────────────────────
 10
DE FERSEN Lieutenant Spitfire / Pistol, Templar CCW ( AP + Shock). (2 | 58)
AQUILA HMG / Pistol, Shock CCW. (2 | 62)
AKAL COMMANDO Boarding Shotgun / Pistol, E/M CCW. (0 | 21)
BOLT Combi Rifle + Light Shotgun, Drop Bears / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 25)
NISSE Hacker (Hacking Device) Combi Rifle+ Light Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 38)
NISSE Combi Rifle+ Light Shotgun / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 30)
FUSILIER (Forward Observer, Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 12)
FUSILIER Paramedic (MediKit) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 12)
FUSILIER Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 10)
CROC MAN (Forward Observer, Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 32)
4.5 SWC | 300 Points
Open in Infinity Army
It's thought for a large control of the field thanks to Akalis and Croc man that can also be deployed in infiltration with its TO camo and deployable repeaters.
Any advice?

I'd suggest you not to deploy de Fersen as a Lt. He's vunerable against (Killer) Hacking Devices.
And you might think about deploying a Machinist, nothing is more enervating than an immobilized 2 and isolated HI without a chance to repair it.
Also why did you choose the Nisse hacker? You can get a Locust Hacker for the same Points with an ODD (-6 to BS) and a slightly better BTS. The Locust also has Infiltration, which means he'll be closer to the mission objectives, thus you'll need less orders to get there.
Regarding orders: right now you'll have nine orders (eight if the croc man is deployed hidden) at the beginning of your first turn this could be further diminished to seven (six) orders if you are the one starting the game.

Maybe you right about De Fersen, it's a little bit risky, as you said, butI set it as Lt. choice for put the LT bonus order on a specialist troop with good stats.
That's why i use Nisse hacker instead of locust, the nisse can perform Fairy dust program with his Hacking Device. I help the nisse's work with FO fusilier and Croc in infiltration with theyr deployable repeaters, so it don't need to expose as much to perform hacking programs.
Regarding orders, i think you right. Maybe it's better to take a spitfire Father knight instead of the Aquila and promoting the paramedic to doctor and add one another fusilier, or i can also downgrade the Aquila to a medium infantry to save some other point to gat a Machinist and other stuff.
Does it work?

A Nisse is exorbitantly expensive to use him as a supportware deliverer. I'd rather use the Nisse as an attack unit with the possibility to block areas with suppressive fire.
The Father Knight is a really good idea either as Spitfire wielding or as a quite good forward observing crazy clergyman (the AHD version would be vulnerable against killer hackers with as a worst case scenario only BTS 5 against hacking attacks).
Actually the Locust could be exchanged by a second Croc Man (Minelayer)

You right, too expensive for only +1 wip, a fusilier will be good too.
I like this list, many thanks for your advices.

You're welcome
There are still some options for further adjustments (e.g., swap the Nisse with a Hexa Sniper and use the Locust with DA CCW to get some D-Charges), the best is to play as much as you can.

I can also swap the locust with a multi rifle black friar, it's a deadly choice if your opponent uses MSVs. It also have drop bears.

Well, MSV troops aren't that common and generally they're equipped with long range weapons. To use the Black Friar according to your plans you have to invest at least three orders to get him in a good position thanks to his 4-2 movement and his multi rifle.
On the other hand the Locust is already at least 4" closer to the center line, has a better movement and all the other troops (who can easily shoot at the Black Friar) without MSV have the -6 MOD, while he's still able to kill that same MSV troop.
I think the Black Friar is designed way too specific to give him a general go (. But if you want to try him, do it!
Also this guy could be kinda interesting:
CRUSADER MULTI Rifle + Light Flamethrower / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 31)
Open in Infinity Army
similar in points, MULTI Rifle+ light FT, decent armour and BTS, AD: Combat Jump...
but, to be honest, I have no clue if this guy is better as both of the aforementioned troopers

Is Vanilla PanO a viable choice or is it underpowered in comparison to the Sector lists?(Orders,Acontecimento,NeoTerra).
Teams seem to be very powerful.

I'd go with NCA and pretend others don't exist. Teams are good, but it's AVA 2 Locusts (infiltrators), Deva (diverse specialist), Garuda and actually having AoE unit - Auxilia or CSU (nanopulser) that's selling the sectorial. Teams are something extra that you can have on top of everything.
Generic tries to sell you TAG and HI but those aren't things you'd want to take in ITS, some do claim that PanO HI and TAG centric lists are viable. Personally haven't seen the proper results to back that claim. Anyway, it's awkward when you make a generic list and realise that it's similar to what you could run in NCA or other sectorial.
There are some hacking combos that you could do in generic but not in a sectorial, but simply picking an army that's more suitable for such approach is going to carry you far more than playing generic. Perhaps notable mention to Joan who's your order conserving model, that's fairly legit option.
Acontecimento is decent but I don't expect much from it. It didn't gained that much in N3 and it has limited tricks and tech options.

Limited tricks and thech options are no argument as long as there is Ariadna around
ASA was really neat before N3HS with its Nagas while NCA had no Locusts (no infiltrators) until then. Also ASA has Akalis (you could deploy six of them, which is kind of insane) , a generally better WIP, the Bagh-Mari (MSV1 + Mimetism) and now plus Drakios.
The generic PanOs can still deploy all panoceanian units which makes e.g., the Locust kind of obsolete since the Croc Men claim the same tactical niche.
