This is true, but I respect Kanluwen and although we disagree I think his views are valid.

The White Collar Crime divisions of the FBI have been investigating the Clinton Foundation for a year. Many of the key players in the Clinton Crime Syndicate™ will be re-interviewed about Foundation business.
Hooboy.
Hillary's going to be elected while being investigated by the FBI for serious crimes.

If it came out that the FBI found it had possession of the emails with incriminating evidence under wraps then there would be hell to pay, and thats what the Democrats are actually arguing for.
Its not the FBI's fault, its your candidate's fault, and your fault for picking that candidate. Don't blame the cop for investigating the crime.
The issue is that their direct relevance to Clinton appears to be minimal at best, and the notice was given in direct defiance of existing FBI and DoJ policy and directives, and only a total idiot would not have expected such information to be immediately and hyperbolicly leaked.

No... the FBI White Crime division had enough evidence to pursue and recommend indictment. It's the DOJ who tried to shut it down for political reasons.

The worst thing that could happen is for the FBI to charge her and then lose in court or have charges tossed by the judge in preliminary hearings.

Of course they're trying to stop it. It's something that NC did with their voter ID laws, they removed the driver's license automatically registering you to vote because everybody knows young adults aren't going to vote for Republicans. Realistically, the only people that are going to have "careers ruined" in situations like that are those who behave in a manner which is wildly unprofessional like Comey did. Argue the point as much as you want, but if someone shows that they did their job in a professional manner? They tend to be insulated from crap like you're trying to pretend happens.

Wait, how is that voter fraud? The ballots were unused and apparently sent to the wrong address due to system error. The Trump voter trying to cast her ballot twice was voter fraud. This was a glitch in the system. Unless you think the 89-year-old deaf woman the ballots were addressed to was in on it? Also confusing was why the ballots were addressed to one person, but delivered to another person's mailbox. This just seems to be a non-story promoted by Fox, with the Heritage Foundation shrieking "Fraud!" as Republican organizations nationwide try their best to mess with potential voters.

This may look insignificant or a detail, but I, on the opposite, believe he should be blamed for this. He shouldn't get away that easily, because he's clearly doing it on purpose. Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say anything and say afterwards "hey it's not my fault I suggested using violence would be a good thing to do". Hearing or reading horrible things all the time has an influence on the readers/hearers. Why do you think there is so much investment on publicity? People eventually get used to what they see all the time, and in some part of their mind, they begin to believe it's a normal thing or maybe there is some truth in it.
Trump let the crazies out. Sure, he didn't put their guns in their hands, but he definitely play a part in all that craziness.
He's making it normal, while it shouldn't be. That there are people not offended by this is truly showing how deep the problem is.

In a statement, the office of the Registrar said, “We are carefully reviewing our records and gathering information to fully identify what took place. Our preliminary assessment is that this appears to be an isolated situation related to a system error that occurred causing duplicate ballots to be issued to an address entered for a single voter. We are working directly with the system vendor to ensure the issue is addressed and to identify any similar occurrences.”
This is much worse than fraud people. Clearly the machines that print and mail ballots have gone Skynet!

I suspect it'd do diddly on Presidential elections...
On congressional?

Still really unpopular and useful hammer for GOP candidates to hammer their opponent, so if anything, it'll boost the Congressional/Senate race.

Not necessarily. In determining how disapproval/approval of policy can effect election outcomes, you need to understand why a policy is unpopular/popular and most importantly who is blamed/credited with it.
I don't know that anyone's actually done a poll on who is blamed for the ACA being bad amongst those who disapprove of it ( can tell you I've seen blame fall right, left, and center just in my school department of thirty odd people). I'm not even sure if anyone's done any real polling on how much people care. The number of people who cared enough about a Flag Burning Amendment was so few the idea died very quickly because even though everyone had an opinion on it no one was factoring it into their voting decisions.
