Hey Dakkaz,

first, I m not a really big SW fan but they got some things I thought would be looking great on the table.
As an Ork-player and Hobby-Mek, I can justify nearly everything for my army - even if I loose more games than win.
I allready made a Weirdboy based on Darth Maul - Ork Maul and he did quite well in his first game!
I built a 74z Speederbike for a Kroot who s gonna use it for my AoP this year.
And as my latest idea, I wanted to convert a Necron into a General Grievous - what I did. He s still WIP!

C&C are more than welcome plus ideas you want to share with me as well.

Thank you sir.

The Speeder Bike has got its basecoat and waits for its finish ... might take some time
Grievous is done. I ll try to take some pics later.

Thanks again

Great I look forward to the update and thanks for the inspiration to get back to my own work as well, plus love the flash Ork which has inspired me to do my own version for a mate who is a massive flash fan

Great job
You know, a few years ago [may have been when Episode 3 came out], I had the idea to make a General Grievous themed Necron army but I never got round to it

Hey KD

I remember seeing your 74z before and thought it was cool then, the General Grievous is very well done as well.

Good timing on posting this topic since I just had a thought to do something on this myself, a Ork X-Wing if you don't mind me posting my own stuff in your thread

Thank you guys. I really apreciate it.

MG, you are welcome to post your stuff as everybody is.
I love your work. Where is the XWing from? Just in case I want to steal this idea

Excellent, Steal away

Its a a Revell "Poe's X-Wing Fighter" for 6+ Years, 1:72

I thought an easy to put together one would be easier to mod and if It didn't work out I hadn't really lost much time or money. The cockpit will fit a Ork pilot with a bit to tweaking and blanking. Its still quite a large model at about 200mm long x 190mm wide

Here is a little update.

The Speeder Bike is going to be painted soon

And if anyone of you guys have conversions fitting the theme, feel free to place them here to get a little 40k-SW crossover.

May the Waaagh! be with you!

Sigma-Rho pattern Arvus Lighter.

It was for my old 501st themed SM army.

Leviathan tracked Tank (several original AT-AT concepts WERE tracked vehicles, before they transitioned to walkers - this is where the wheeled transports for the prequels came from).

Speeder wing: All had a vertical stabiliser added. The one with missile pods got rebuilt with angular LEGO parts after my sister's Rottie attempted to eat it.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Since I posted a WIP earlier in this tread and the voting for the challenge is now over I thought I would post how the Ork X-Wing came out for those looking at this tread later and also in some shameless self promotion

Enjoy
