I'm going to have to echo the plastic sisters comment above.
I'd drop a bucket load of cash on that in a heartbeat unless GW screwed them up immensely (aesthetically, I'd probably still buy a unit or two if they were trash rules-wise just to paint).

Hmmm... Plastic Valhallans including special characters from the Ciaphas Cain novels (Cain, Jurgen, Amberley Vail, Kasteen, Sulla etc.).

Custodes, an Emperor model, a whole re-do of Kroot, perhaps other alien mercs too (Vespid re-sculpts would be dope), more Mechanicus stuff . . . these are the only 40K 'things' I feel are missing to make my collection satisfactory. My Tau mercs are always patchwork conversions, and my Custodes and Emperor models are third-party sculpts. I also want more Mechanicus just because.
. . . aaaaaaaaaaaaand of course, if they returned BFG and Inquisitor 54mm in plastic. I'd be dropping crazy money on orders.

Plastic Thousand Suns (well plastic anything for the god aligned units)
Updated CSM boxes, like all of them
Chosen upgrade box. Yeah I could get a Loyalist box for all the goodies but if just feels wrong.
New Greater Deamons
New Codex for CSM and Nids
Some new boxes for Nids
Combined Mechanicus Codex
New plastic Flayed Ones that look closer to the metal version
For AoS; Dark Elf update and Shadowkin

Let Archons and Succubi take Reaver jetbikes, and release a model for them and I'd buy several.
Make Vects Castigators and I'd buy a ton of them.

Plastic, multi-part, multi-pose Sisters of Battle infantry.
Sometimes I have dreams about that happening. They used to be very, very pleasant dreams, where I felt very happy until I woke up.
One of the more recent ones wasn't so pleasant. Because I realized I was dreaming and broke down in tears and just cried and cried in my dream. Because I had what I wanted right in front of me but knew that it was impossible for it to even exist, so I was only dreaming about it.
I had a very, very peculiar sensation in that dream. I could actually feel my entire body, in precisely the position it was in while sleeping on my bed, while still dreaming.

If 8th went Age of the Emperor (with points included in the release), I could go along with this.
Doubly so if they released an all-forces codex when the core book dropped.
Something that could be updated annually with a General's Handbook style $25 or so release.
