Totally revamped Chaos Space Marines that A) match the fluff as being the Arch-Enemy and the bane of the Imperium, B) Don't look like sci-fi Chaos Warriors, and C) Allow for playing as the Nine Legions, or as renegade legions e.g. Red Corsairs or warbands or as Lost & the Damned e.g. cultists and Traitor Guard.

I feel like, outside of a few very notable exceptions, Lords of War are pretty meh.

Generic Weapon upgrade sprues for all the races.

For example:

An imperial upgrade sprue that has one of every special weapon, a power ax, power fist, and power sword.

Something that simple and packaged in a blister pack would sell like hotcakes to any Space marine, IG, Sisters, Inquisition, or Chaos Marine players that don't want to get robbed by bits sellers.

Outside of specialist games...since I only play old school 40K I'd really just jump on some plastic Exodite Dragon Knights or something. Not much else.

Thought about it more...love some suggestions.

I think forgeworld should release an Alpharius/Omegon dual character kit.

And I also think plastic MK2 and MK3 would be fantastic, along with plastic versions of heresy weapons you can only get through forgeworld.

Still plastic sisters really would be my first pick.

Do you've an alpha legion marine?

Congrats, that's alpharius and/or omegon.

Left off my other dream vehicle kit - the IG troop truck/armored limo/scout car.

My thought was a tractor trailer arrangement (troop truck/command truck) but the tractor could also be sold on its own as a staff car/armored limo (hard top) or scout car/jeep (open top).

Wargames Exclusive and Puppets have since scratched this itch nicely but I can still dream.

Thunderhawk. I'd probably end up with 3- one for Inquisition (GK/DW) one for my chapter, and one for heresy era ultramarines

Thunderbolt (so the IG have a fighter)

Kroot Mercs book (plastic hounds, krootox, knarloc, master shaper, anghor prok)

Vect with a catamaran style dais of destruction

plastic techmarines- servo arm clampack, servoharness/ conversion beamer with servitor retinue, thunderfire cannon/rapier destroyer

plastic SM characters on bikes- captain, chaplain, librarian

Great Harlequin HQ choice and clampack

IG veteran/kasrkin box

plastic lucius warhound

Combined Admech codex (merge Knights, Skitarii, and cult mech) with a flier, a termite as a transport (arrives like a drop pod, but then is mobile)

Ork building set in the same style/compatible with cities of death buildings.

Ork specific fortifications- loota bunka, tellyporta pad, mek shop

-A Kroot Kindred codex, complete with shaper council, kroot vultures, evolutionary traits, Angkor Prok and new models.
-A Tau auxiliary codex with all the lesser members of the Tau empire including humans.

Amen.

Seriously, my girlfriend left my tyranid codex up at the shop the other day, and I asked around and no one had seen it the next week. So, at first I assumed someone stole it, then realized, "Oh wait, why do I care?". I then went about my day.

Also plastic Aspect Warriors.

I would say a new IG dex, but given the travesty that is GW's rules, I think I'd just leave it.

I'd take out a line of credit to finance the purchase of 5000pts worth of plastic Adepta Sororitas, provided they also updated the models and added more variants. They're so cool and have gotten precisely 0 love from GW since I first learnt about them in 2000.

My answer 2 months ago would have been Sisters of Battle, sell every army and go full force into the army I love. But now that deathwatch is released, I am happy that my love for deathwatch is now more than just a special looking bolter/pauldron and homebrew rules I can't use where I play. Those models, that flyer. amazing.

I'd drop some green on some Dark Angels flyers that are actually competitive. Aaaaand a Dark Angels Codex that's actually competitive. Aaaaand a Dark Angels Upgrade pack that is bigger than a librarian spruce.

Adeptus Custodes: 8,100 Points
Adeptus Mechanicus: 8,400 Points
Alpha Legion: 4,400 Points

Dark Angels: 16,800 Points
Imperial Knights: 12,500 Points

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.

Female heads/torso for IG.

Plastic Steel Legion.

IG codex that was viable/competitive with solid internal balance and had nothing to do with formations/decurion.

Codex for officio assassinorum that actually made all assassins viable to play, not just the culexus temple. 25-33% point reduction on all temples.

New rulebook based off 5th edition, that took all the good from 5th, got rid of the bad and made a few minor adjustments that have received positive reception until present.

Plastic terrain that was discontinued way too early:
