I'm not familiar with GW's rules, but have played HoR rules before... and from what I can tell you have way too many heavy weapons in the list... again, perhaps GW's rules allow you to just take whatever on whomever, but at least in HoR you can't kit them out like that.

That aside, I'd really consider boltguns/shotguns on a bunch of vets.. you can take both for free and the versatility in those weapons is enough to give you the edge against hordes, which would most likely hurt a small killteam.

Also, every time I play killteam games this size I end up regretting not taking someone with high initiative cc attacks.. seems sort of weird b/c in normal games power swords and mauls suck... but in KT when you are up against 3 guys, and you need to not rely on rolling 3+ saves at initiative 2 before your initiative 1 weapon goes off...yeah.. I take a blacksield with 2 cc weapons (sword and maul) and love it!
