Well, with the new CSM formation (Enemy models within 12" from heldrake models suffer -1 Leadership ), the Doomsday Bell, Grotti and Be'lakor the foes potentially have -3 LD; -2 T and -1 S, it seem very funny!

Not to burst your bubble as I had this same thought as well I feel it needs to be clarified, enemies get -1 ld if withing 12" of two heldrakes, -2 Ld if they are withing 12" of three, and -3 if they are withing 12" of all four(if you bring that many). So while the Ld modifier is nice, it's not a blanket effect, only models withing 12" of both your drakes will be affected so make sure you have them together.

Does the incursion have a slot for a fortification? I'm away from my books and can't check, but I don't think that they do.

Pairing up the Doomsday Bell and the Helldrake Terror Pack is nasty and a good spot. It essentially gives daemons access to a Freakshow-type list - Be'Lakor having access to the entire telepathy lore makes him a very effective lynchpin.

theoretically, you can tag someone with -3 Ld from the heldrakes (I know you don't have enough to do this at the moment), -1 Ld from the bell, and -1 Ld from terrify..... Psychic Shriek, at that point, goes from being an annoyance to utterly horrific, and is a great answer to gargantuan creatures like wraithknights.
