The Stormshield is just an upgrade and isn't a weapon. Combi-Grav/Power Fist/Storm Shield is perfectly legal.

The Shield Eternal eats a weapon slot, which is what might spark the confusion.

Yeah, you have to LoS all the Str 10 stuff and instant death stuff.

Wonder if I could kitbash the storm shield on captain's back like captain america but it still looks stupid to have both arms of the bike handles. Actually there is a power sword in a holster arm bitz in the sternguard box. That with the combi-grav could be atleast more realistic looking. Valour's edge is ap2 even if that isn't as powerfull as the fist.

Does anyone else besides martel use the mini-star stated above and how people run it kit-wise?

I just magnetized a ccw/bp scout's arms for possibility to swap for heavy bolter. Outcome was great but still never again. Too time consuming so I want to kit the squad competetive the first time so I can just glue the arms.

I don't use valor's edge, especially with the new formations, because one of the warlord traits doesn't function on relics. I'm all about the veritas vitae. At least for my warlord. I sometimes put valor's edge on a priest. With digital weapons.

Being able to ID T4 units with AP2 is more important than striking at I5 with AP2

And THEN die after getting attacked or stomped on!

Attacks don't work because I allocate it to a schmuck. Stomps are the risk you take of fighting a GMC.

It's gonna happen. Wraithknights are disgustingly effective.

The shooty WKs are somewhat vulnerable in CC.

Maybe the D Cannon one, but I haven't seen it in awhile. People are donning the Sword and Shield since the Scatterbikes and Wraithguard can handle anything else.

The question was how to kit a three man squad. Problem I found with san priest biker is that do I need to buy a san priest to get the hand with the narthecium arm. I got a spare chalice from stern box, but can't see any other way to kitbash a sang priest biker other than get that arm. Or how picky people are usually with wysiwyg?

So I've presented three questions. 1. How to kit three man bike squad. 2. Can that 10man tac squad with grav gun, combi-grav, HF be competetive? 3. Issue about building the sang priest biker?
Paint him as a sanguinary priest (so white armour, with red details. Paint the double helix insignia on a shoulder pad to mark out his battlefield role). When assembling him try add a few techy bits (like a monocle head, an extra techy backpack with lights to aid surgery, pouches for medical supples and so on) If you put some thought into making him look as much like a medic as you can I'd be happy with that. If you are dead set on having a narthecium you could always stick the power unit of a chainsword under his wrist, then add the tip of a chainsword to that, adding a spike to the side for extracting geneseed, smoothing out the seams with a little greenstuff or the addition of a display from an auspex.
