I picked up the two Age of Darkness Legion books from BL today as I've treated myself to a couple of sets of Calth and Prospero of which 75% will be used to start at 30K and the rest sprinkled into a 40K army.
I've had no issues with the Army List book but for some reason the Legions book wont display page 111 (Salamander's Chaplain). I've tried re-downloading it but it doesn't make a difference. I'm using the Kobo app on my Android tablet. Oddly I can see the page if I view it in Calibre on my PC.
This is a bit annoying as I was 50/50 on starting Fists or Salamanders and now I might have had the choice made for me by a piece of wonky data.
I dropped BL an email but wondered if this was a common thing or have I just got a dud epub reader.

I've bought only one epub from GW so far. Never again. Too many problems trying to read it. They lost me as a digital customer when they ditched the mobi format.

I recommend printing out the relevent pages(It is legal, but you can only ever legally have one copy)
Because getting your phone/tablet out to read it during a game is a PAIN

GW eBooks are... they used to be perfectly functional (if not the most pleasant.) Now... jesus. I usually have to try 3-4 programs before I find one that will read the file properly, and it doesn't seem to be very consistent. Black Library lists recommended readers but... well, good luck. I think the easiest way to get a digital copy is to buy the print book, and scan the pages into a PDF.

Glad its not just me...splashed out for the electronic copy of the new Age of Darkness book (the one with all the units available to all the legions). And OH MY GOD. I tried to convert to a PDF, failed with various converters...
Reading on my PC/Laptop is fine.....the only app I have found that displayed it correctly at all on Android is Kobo - everything else displayed the text too giant and ends up being a 1200 page electronic book and you cannot use it

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.
