So this is the first semi-troll, new Warhammer Community rumour/sneak peak.

http://www.warhammer-community.com/2016/11/16/the-rumour-engine/

As already noted by many, the picture has a dwarven symbol on the bottom right corner. As December is Magnus/Thousand Sons and we have no rumours after that, I would guess Duardin (and not Arcanites) will be next. 2017 seems anyway like a sure bet.

Any chance you can post the image for the work blocked?

1000 Tzeentch Arcanites (Pyrofane Cult - Hysh) in progress

Pretty sure that's the rumoured Steampunk Duradin.

P.S.: www.games-workshop.com contains the word "game" and is therefore easy to filter out.

Oh please say the new duardin is true, I was trying not to get my hopes up. That's not possible now. That little dwarf face in the pic is too clear to deny!!

Oddly enough, I have full access to Dakka, games-workshop.com, and even 1d4chan.org, but for some reason, warhammer-community.com is just too much for our net nanny.

So how big would this thing be if those bolts are about the same size as they are on other models

Heh If the new Dwarves do have a steampunk theme, with Priveteer doing so well with Warmachine its gonna be interesting to see what GW do with it. Unfortunately if there is even one bipedal, steam powered mech in the range, some people are going to be crying Warmachine rip off no matter what it looks like.

There is potential for some interesting kits

The faction (with Aelves) that I'm looking forward to the most. Let's see which direction GW will take them.

Looks to be somewhere in the ballpark of Warmachine Colossals.

You guys are all way off base: this picture is, in fact, of the Rumour Engine itself!

A classic double bluff play by the GW web team there.

Looks too futuristic to me. I think this is a 40k release.

The little symbol in the bottom right hand corner looks a bit like a warhammer to be.
Or my eyesight could be deteriorating even further.....

Were it not for the dwarven face on it, I'd agree. Some of the dwarf stuff is pretty hi tech looking though.

Definitely dwarven- duardin/squats. I think Atia mentioned before the Fyre Slayers came out that th second dwarf faction would be out early 2017 [in Petre's rumour tracker]. I hope they match the quality of the iron breaker models. Looks like an engine or boiler plate? Make me think of those golden warriors from the start of the Fifth Element for some reason..

Doesn't look like a Dwarf emblem at all to me. But I could be wrong. Time will tell.

Let's all just celebrate the fact this is an OFFICIAL teaser from GAMES WORKSHOP!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this was initially posted through the Warhammer 40,000 facebook account then reposted through The Age of Sigmar account. It would seem to me that it might be a 40k release unless they are trying to be extra sneaky.

I see a nasal helmet, a mustache, and beard. Seems Dwarfy to me, but I could be seeing what I want to see.

I think it's just a case of them not wanting to give it away by only posting on one rather than the first one they posted it on being an indication of what game it's for.

They say you can go to either FB page to speculate in the Warhammer Community post. It could be either.
