I think if I was you I would go for:
Start Collecting! Eldar - $85 (1 Bike Farser, 3 bikes and a fire prism)
Eldar Windriders - $41
Eldar Windriders - $41
Fire Dragons - $41.25
and either
Dark Reapers - $41.25
or
Warp Spiders - $41.25

Total: $249.50

Then try to get another wraithguard from ebay to make 2 squads of 5.

That is also a valid "shopping list", but IMHO go with two squads of Warp Spiders instead of Dark Reapers and Fire Dragons, WS are far more universal choice and Fire Dragons really double up their purpose with Wraithcannon Wraithguards you already have and require the same "(Falcon or) Wave Serpent delivery service" that have failed you.

Yes it has failed him in the past and will continue to fail him in the future which is why you build redundancy into the list, when one goes down the other reaches the target. He can't rely on just the one thing in his list which usually dies early to take out something like an imperial knight.

Ok, now you've lost me - Imperial Knight is what, 350-400pts? Two squads of Wraithguards in Wave Serpents are 540/640 pts... Two minimal squads of Fire Dragons in barebone Falcons are 470 pts. I can see how trying the trick with two Fire Dragons squads might be justifiable, but not double Wraithguard approach or a mixed FD/WG setup. And not really if you can get the same thing done with a single 315pts minimal Wraithguard+Archon+Webway Portal team or even less with suicidal Fire Dragons+Archon... You will indeed kill a knight, but the "overhead" points of the opponent's army will be free to do whatever they want unharrased... Having a backup plan in case of your "big gun" failing is obviously a good thing, but the overall trick is being more point efficient than your opponent, not less...

And what happens when the single suicidal anti tank squad you have has to kill 2 strong tanks? What happens when it fails to arrive until turn 4/5?
Also we aren't just trying to be points efficient we are trying to be cash efficient too, $40 of fire dragons vs $100 of dark eldar.

I brought up suicidal FDs only because you were willing to sacrifice entire WG+WS for the same task... But this becomes a rather academic dispute around nuances at this point - both our standpoints have advantages and disadvantages to them... Good point on $ cost though, buying a single Wraithguard on Ebay to fill up to 10 and putting one squad in WS and making a Gate star with another will be most cost efficient solution Cheers!

I'm wondering why you think a gate star is the most cost efficient? Even if all of the dark Eldar models are proxied the codex is still $50, and it wouldn't be a long term solution either, in my area people let you proxy for 2 or 3 games to test then you buy or don't use.

Gate star does not require DE, Webway Portal star requires it. Gate requires WG squad (check), Farseers (check) and (optional) Baharroth for no-scatter DS. In my previous post, a "most cost effective" reffered to a compromise between your "redundancy" approach and my star approach - one not 100% reliable star and one WS+WG combo. OP is short of only one Ebay WG for this.

You need to be actually competent to run an Aspect Warriors army. You will not find netlists, you will only find people that jumped the Scatbikes bandwagon saying that "they like space elves".

Couple of aspects are below salvageable, though.

Generic characters disappearing? Elite units of your army losing options and customizations? No longer finding that motivation to convert?
Your army could suffer Post-Chapterhouse Stress Disorder (PCSD)! If you think that your army is suffering one or more of the aforementioned symptoms, call us at 789-666-1982 for a quick diagnosis!

Depends on what you call "an Aspect Warrior army" - Pale Courts Aspect Lord-shrine Warp Spider netlist exist and is doing just fine But other than that I agree, running true to fluff, multiaspect Alaitoc army is both fun and challenging.

You are right, it was too generic, but you got what I meant

If you have any major concerns about your elder list watch some battle reports on YouTube strikingscorpion82 plays elder and his list is pretty solid usually wins! Good luck with your list I play DA but one of my really good buddies I play against is an elder player and he has stomped me many times. I think k it's less about elder having bad units I.e. Banshees and rangers and more about being able to multi task and psychic the crap out of things.
