This list is for a casual game against my Brother, who plays a Minotaurs Gladius formation, a Demi-Company + a First Company Strike Force. A lot of melee. He absolutely dominated me last time we played, 10 VP's to 3, against a Blood Angels Archangels list

Looks good, but much depends on your opponents list.

a) Add an Officer of the Fleet to your CCS to mess with your opponents reserve rolls.

b) Manticore instead of Deathstrike, unless it is central to your fluff or campaign.

c) You have tanks to open up Rhinos and artillery/tanks to deal with the Marine passengers that will pour out - but what are your plans against drop pods, outflanking or deep strikes? Since it is a casual game I would recommend adding the Inquisition with old rules - 1 Inquisititor, 3 Plasma servitors and a psyker will make power armored players cry.

Or give the Veterans in CCS 1 plasma guns. Twinlinked BS 4 rapid fire plasma is FUN.

d) Isn't 3 Wyverns overkill against non-horde enemies? I think you could reduce them to 2.

e) Do you have any plans for the Chimera? It is a tax, but could be used as a Hellhound light or by CCS1 as mobile firebase.

He doesn't really use reserves that much, especially with his terminators, he prefers to start with them in Land Raiders

Definitely going to do that, Deathstrike is more of a Titan/Super-Heavy killer, and he doesn't have anything of the sort

Probably going to go these route, since adding in Psykers and Inquisition would just cause more and more headaches.

While I would prefer to keep them, I think I might need to in order to add in the other stuff

I was thinking Mobile Firebase. Also was going to add the Enginseer to the CCS so he can also ride in the Chimera.

Why the heavy stubber and extra armor on those basilisks? The stubber will always be snap firing because the cannon is ordnance, and the extra armor just reduces stunned to shaken, meaning your basilisk will be able to move but still snap firing, so it won't get to fire anyways. I would get rid of these to options and use the points to buy Volkov's cane for your Emp's wrath artillery CCS, trust me, you want that cane. Plus it's funny when that CCS somehow makes it to meelee and you're beating up SM's with a cane.
