Oh WTF. Come on, GW, you do realize that some of us want to use the new models, not just carefully set them in a display case and be paranoid about breathing on them too hard?

Yeah the Seraphim wings have wings similar to the Dark Furies from Heresy. Which are awesome BTW.
This amazing.
But, I suspect its just Celestine for now and she can be taken for any Imperial army. I am also guessing that during the "Fall of Cadia" she appears and saves the Cadians ala "Angel of Verdun".

Just glue some coins under the base. The plastic will be studry and flexible enough to rsist stress and the coins will sure keep these things upright.
Inactive, user. New profile might pop up in a while

Yeah, a lot of figures benefit from that, but flying ones particularly because they tend to have bad center-of-mass issues. Luckily, though you might have to trim the bottom of the base a little, a penny will fit under most miniatures bases.

That Magos... My jaw literally dropped. I cannot BELIEVE that model is in plastic. It's one of the most impressive miniatures I've ever seen in my life, period. Holy christ.

Not a problem judging from the Stormcast Eternals with identical ribbons holding them up. That plastic is sturdy.

Codex: IA did exactly what was advertised. Let's see what actually happens with the Sisters ruleswise, my bet is on a new printed Codex as well (and an update to the digital book). I hope there will be more than just a few new models for these factions.
Automatically Appended Next Post: +1 for the new Magos, it is a stunning model and a worthy successor to Ian Miller's "WTH is this!?" AdMech artwork in the RT rulebook

That doesn't do anything to keep those ribbons supporting the models from snapping if you look at them too hard.

Again, they won't, because Stormcast have models with identical ribbons.

He was "painting" several models. Clearly Khan and a Human Bloodbowl Player... Might watch it once more to check whether Duncan has a Sister in hand at some point.

So it looks like Cadia will fall to Chaos. With Cadians essentially become Tanith 1st & Only, will we see plastic support for some of the older regiments or new ones introduced this year?

Hearing that quote I started wondering whether Black Templars might receive upgrade sprues or new kits... (My guess would be rather the first one)
Hopefully an upgrade sprue that is more than just a single frame like what UM, BA, DA, SW, and DW got. I want a full-on upgrade for the newer Tactical Squad kit. What I am hoping this means is that Black Templars will be getting a new Detachment that is based around Crusader Squads. It will leave me a little salty, since my Crimson Fists will still be left out in the cold (we can't fully make use of the Sternhammer Strike Force due to there being no place to put Pedro Kantor), but they definitely need something after being almost completely ignored for the Angels of the Death book.

Seems like a good rationale to (finally!) discontinue to Cadians and give us a better looking regiment.

GLORIOUS dakkadakka forum I once again bring my humble self to tell you one message. Thank games workshop for me. I was the chosen one who above all others called "it" and predicted a great deal of releases. Particularly with the Dark Eldar model. Shout out to the dark city tho for helping analyse that picture.
Anyways I am super hyped for the Dark Eldar board game? Sounds fun. Likely see a whole host of cool models. Thedarkcity is basically on party mode right now. Now I wonder... if people will freak out when I think Ultramar will fall to the Tau + others. Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen. Haha.

Starting to wonder now if maybe it's just Celestine + bodyguards as a dataslate in the campaign book along with the Magos and Inquisitrix and not an actual new codex release.
Surely they would have shown battle sisters as well if they existed?
NEWS: According to Warhammer TV they are doing a Live Q&A on the Twitch stream about the new January release at 1pm GMT today.

Not necessarily. We saw Magnus the Red long before we saw the Rubric Marines.
I am 100% getting that Inquisitor. She looks fantastic. She shall be an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor.
