So by going by the clock picture we can assume there will be 3 more boxes?
This was posted on 4chan
I have see eldar boxes today, although I have not been able to make any photos, I have not been alone while leaving the boxes from the truck, but while working on the truck, they opened some
Asdrubael Vect it's on a grav plataform and the platform looks like the image of rumour engine, the same box also brings 2 incubi but are very different from the current ones as with thicker armor, but none of the 3 miniatures look like the image of the red eldar of fall of cadia.
There were other boxes containing larger boxes inside, but I've only seen a little piece of the side, in which an female eldar in a yellow and blue gown with the name ...of Iyanden (I could not see it all) under the portrait, the box was large so i guess that will contain more miniatures since it is bigger than the box of vect.
So first box is Triumvirate, second box will be those Eldar models and perhaps the 3rd box will be Dark Eldar with Vect? We should also get a chaos box, it'd be pretty odd if we didn't get one.
As for the clock ticking down to midnight, here are some pics of the Emperor on the throne. Don't know if there are more pictures but these are the ones I found in the rule books and he does seem to be deteriorating pretty badly.
Spoiler:
I was listening to a podcast during christmas and it mentioned that on every pic GW has released of the Emperor on the Golden throne he is looking more and more decayed. So I figured I'd compile a list of all pictures published by GW of the Golden Throne, problem is I don't know every instance it has been published. Does anyone have a list of all books in which is appears so I can compile them?
These are what I've found so far:

I doubt Eldar and Dark Eldar will get separate Triumvirate boxes. Most likely a craftworld Eldar, Dark Eldar and some other Eldar as the trio.

Hopefully the Abaddon box is a "true" scaled Terminator armor (juiced a bit) version plus his four Chosen (Horseman of a sort from the 3.5 codex and Adrian Smith artwork), instead of some enormous Kaijubbadon. That would be a nice Triumvirate size box for Chaos. And keep the Primarchs and Daemon Princes suitably impressive.

The lack of SM in the current Imperial triumvirate is kinda odd considering they are the poster force for the whole setting. There is plenty of scope for a "Triumvirate of the Adaptus Astartes" if GW felt that way inclined. But now that we know the clock is existing(although modified) artwork, the idea of three more boxes to complete the face seems less likely IMO.

I'd love to see him as a truescale termie, good way to beef him up to what is expected of 'hero' models now but without having to go down the prince route for the sake of making him bigger.

Dante and Azrael are pretty old now. Add in a renewed Calgar (doesn't need it though) or one of the returned Primarch (Roboute G-MAX) and there you go.

It is worth mentioning that Cypher makes an uncredited appearance in "Fall of Cadia"...

The Loyalist Primarchs will be probably taking that place. I'd love a plastic version of Calgar and the Honor Guard though.

Long story short?
We don't know!
There's a report on pg 68.
It's sent from Hydra Cordatus Sonde Relay by Vanguard Alpha 5-Vostok Harkon of the Sigma Maniple from Agripinaa Legio XXII. It details the Sigma Maniple under "sustained attack from unidentified robed assailant", seeking something from the catacombs.

Considering it is a modification of existing artwork and there's not a reliable monger saying anything of the sort? My bet is no.

I made those images... The Gold plate in that image is actually the base plate from a Tantalus, they are pretty much the same scale though. 40/50mm sounds about right on the base size.

How do you know that's Cypher and not Trayzn? The fortress on the planet has been described as made from unidentified self healing metal..... And was present back in 30k..... I've not got fall of cadia but if that's the only reference I find it easier to see either Necron or Mechanicus tech being there.

Because the individual in question is "identified" to be using Pre-Heresy Astartes combat tactics?

I'd say yes... the characters are on separate sprues so it would be easy to rebox. I suspect it will be a long time before we see individual kits however... and when we do they will be at a higher price. The Inquisitor would likely be $30 alone... extrapolate from there.

I have no sources or anything but I wouldn't get hung up on 3 characters per box... they could do 4 or 5 or they could do 2. Seriously, Craw is huge and Celestine is really 3. You could easily do 6 or 7 characters with the same amount of plastic.

I'd guess Cawl will be so close in price to the triumvirate price you'd be much better off just getting the triumvirate box and selling off the other components.
Or even just keeping them for yourself; I can't imagine a special character like Cawl going below GBP35/€45/USD60 or so.

Damnit, now that Cawl is out, I have no real good reason not to get Start Collecting Skitarii so I have ally them with some of my armies. Putting him in a Dominus Maniple seems like the cheapest way to get him on the board.

I feel like the only person that is perplexed that the Imperial guard isn't the star of the show, and even more more perplexed that they have been barely mentioned.

You read the book? Imperial guard are like 2/3rds of Fall of Cadia.

You'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise though. Every photo, every bit of publicity, has been Triumvirate this, Black Templars that, Sisters the other, and some AdMech for fun.
