Quote and link to the post, please.
Other rumors have said there are a few armies left. I think if anything has a shot of appearing it's Exodites. I suppose it could be GW's take on corsairs, but that seems more of a FW thing now.
If anything has a shot of appearing, it's Altansar.
Altansar is already mainstream fluff now?
Not sure what you mean by mainstream fluff, because they have been in the fluff since 4e. Its Maugan Ra's Craftworld.
As in 'out and about and not trapped in the Eye anymore' mainstream
Then yes, I think they are. They are mentioned as not wholely trusted by the other Eldar after being released from the Eye. Something about always wearing helmets and speaking in hushed tones.

Yeah the Altansar never remove their helmets in the presence of non-Altansar Eldar. This has lead many to suspect that they have been mutated by their time in the Eye.
I'm also thinking it's Ahra, it would make sense given the mix of Craftworld/Commorite armor aesthetic

The guy in red, is that the mysterious crimson Eldar character?
Yes. I don't have a link to the picture, but in the Cadia book there is a pic of some Uthwe Eldar models and in the background blurred by fog (seriously GW is loving that fog machine lately) there is an ACTUAL MODEL that is undoubtedly this exact dude. Unmistakable silhouette and coloration.

The 3 top theories IMO are: Exodite, Arhra or a Corsair Prince.
Given how big he is in both the art and that background shot of his model (where he looks twice as tall as the guardians in the foreground), I am guessing Arhra is the most likely of those 3
Ignore the Guardians in the foreground, the Windriders he's standing next to suggest he's normal infantry size.

gotta include Yriel in that list.
Not sure what you mean? Yriel already has a model and if he gets a plastic, he'll probably look similar as now. The "red incubus" looks nothing like Yriel But if you mean as possible Triumvirate candidate, sure Yriel is a contender
Looking at the picture of the model again, I gotta say, he looks tall, but still within the realm of "normal" Eldar infantry Thanx for finding that TheDraconicLord!

I'm not so convinced any more. There's no spear in sight and he's clearly holding a big sword. Last time we heard about Yriel he was being persuaded to not give up the spear.

Left field theory is it's one of the Primarchs captured by the Dark Eldar. Given the description of him in the book, that is less likely. But still, he's a big one. Looks almost wraithguard size.

Jaghatai Khan with a bad case of Stockholm syndrome being the theory?

I was thinking that, but Fall of Cadia describes him standing still and that's not Khan's style.

Only if he's got really short, that model is standard Kabalite size.

No that is one normal sized eldar. Look at the windriders right behind him and the wraith guard near him. He is 32mm heroic scale infantry.

Seriously, blows my mind how many people are acting like that model is huge, its standard Kabalite warrior scale. Those aren't vypers behind him their windriders.

Last we saw Yriel it seemed that he was leaving Iyanden to join the Harlequins, so him carrying on with his Autarch wargear wouldn't make much sense. If thats the route GW are going with him then I'd expect to see him with new wargear and rules. As the only named charcter that seems to have close ties to all 4 of the main Eldar factions it would actually make a lot of sense to have him involved, but as has been mentioned the lack of anything that could be described as the Spear of Twilight counts against the red guy being Yriel.

Ninety nine pages... geeze. I literally don't have time to search through all of that, heh. Can anyone summarize the rumors (or lack thereof) of sisters releases so far?
Haven't heard of anything other than the Celestine + Geminae Sisters yet.

Guessed as much. Ah well. Back to being a cynical lurker.

Nah, I'm looking at it now in the book, they're definitely Windriders. He's also signifcantly smaller than the Wraithguard in front of him,

Vorian wrote:But since Eldrad isn't dead now, you'd have to question if anything from the last one is canon. A bit confusing
I don't know the fluff at all on how he died or anything about him. So I can be totally off base here. I am just wondering if the only reason he is alive now, is that this is a retelling and not a retcon and since it's a retelling like how the Fall of Cadia is what happened with the Eye of Terror campaign, will that mean that Eldrad will die soon. Did GW say how Eldrad died before? If so can it happen this way in the current way GW is going with the story and continuing the Fall of Cadia or The Gathering Storms if this is what we are calling this series.
Or am I totally of base guessing and this is a complet retcon?
