I'm looking to pick one up to round out a list. Has anyone any experience with them? The rules seem really good

They can be really good but you need some luck to get your points back I have bad luck with scatter and elder D is so common

Younger D is luckily much rarer.

I've used them very successfully, and they're fun. The downside to them is they don't assault, whereas a Knight can shoot a good weapon (battle cannon/melta cannon/avenger cannon) and then assault with a D weapon, and then Stomp. All for the same points. So, they're good; just not quite as point efficient as some other options.
