Is there such a thing or something similar out there to chaos Skitarii?

I know chaos have their equivants to forgeworlds but do they have an equivalent to Skitarii?

Not that I've heard of in the official fluff, but I don't see why they wouldn't

The Dark Mech has just about everything the Ad Mech has, plus AI and daemons.

I'm sure they would, considering half of Mars left with the Traitor Legions and set up shop in the Warp, making their own Dark Mechanicum. They would have much more even, with Sentient AI, Daemonic Viruses, troops fueled by the warp to essentially be equivalent of Space Marines, and much more.

In 'The traitors hand' Ciaphus Cain encounters several tech priests on an oil rig which have succumbed to the lure of Slaanesh.
But seeing as how that's a Cain story; it could just be a horrible web of lies OR it could be the gospel truth

I guess if a mechanicus force were to fall to chaos, it would be to the Iron warriors; seeing as how those guys are mostly mechanical too. [I did try to shoehorn a Silverhawks gag in there but I couldn't figure out how]

I just finished reading "Skitarius" and "Techpriest" by Rob Sanders, and I'm almost certain there were Chaos Skitarii in the battles, though quickly described. Most of the time it was battle servitors and "battle cyborgs" fighting the Mechanicus, so I don't know about their proportions. They're must be some though.
