A special needs man was kidnapped, and tortured by four African Americans, they filmed it, then streamed it onto Facebook. The acts done by the kidnappers is disgusting, and nothing less then a hate crime. It's apparently a hate crime in two ways, it targeted someone due to race, and also apparently they're saying it's due to disability.

Which also falls under hate crimes.

They seemed to have captured all 4, and very quickly. Here's to a stiff sentence. Hopefully the kid will be OK.

Personally I think 'hate crimes' are stupid, making the thought/motivation a crime in itself especially when the actions are crimes with pretty hefty penalties. I don't care if race/hate were the motivation, I care they kidnapped and hurt some poor kid who had no way to defend himself.
