Vulkan most certainly did - it's featured on the cover of Scorched Earth and mentioned in Promethean Sun. As for the others, the only ones I can recall with certainty is the Lion - famously using the Lion Helm now worn by Azrael and Russ - with the Wolf Helm of Russ now being used by Ulrik the Slayer. Alpharius is also definitely pictured in one in FW's books, and is commonly believed to use standard pattern Astartes armour, including helmet. The new Guilliman mini also has a helmet option, but you can't be sure he did during the HH - though being one of the more practical Primarchs, he probably would have done.

The Khan supposedly had a savage dragon I believe helmet, when Qin Xa (probably spelling that wrong), they talk about his helmet being a poor imitation of the Khans

The circumstances around Cruz's "sacrifice" is the reason for the book's title Soul Hunter, but I won't say why.

Hm, thanks. Can't see Russ wearing his too often though. They probably all had dozens of suits of armour lying around in case they wanted it. Though short of a forcefield would any helmet stand up to an Exitus Rifle?

Speaking of assassins, does anyone know when they got their 40K signature equipment? When first formed did the Callidus have Phase Swords, the Vindicare Exitus Rifles (with esoteric ammunition) etc?
