Both of mine just downloaded updates... anybody know what changed? Also, the Errata for IA said the transport on page 46 could be used for multiple factions... what's on page 46 of the printed book? It sounds like it should be the Aeronautica Valkyries, but that's page 66 of the digital version.
Thanks!

With any luck, they might change it so that the Inquisitionnal unit entries don't all suck.

Yeah, could've been a stronger 'dex...
Any other thoughts? Codex page reference for the errata?

Just pulled up Fall of Cadia, all I've noticed so far is that they fixed a wacky typo that was in at launch (the Castellans of the Imperium detachment had the Lords of War units listed as Fast Attack and vice versa). That may have been an earlier update.

It's not a matter of how weak the codex is (although they are really weak), but rather, how completely devoid of flavour the Inquisitional options are, despite them being the most varied, diverse, and eccentric characters in the entirety of the 40k universe.

I'm still grumpy that the Inquisition apparently doesn't have enough resources/influence to have BS4 models in-house.

True... I'd have loved to see some hive gangers, some Red Redemption cultists, some death world barbarians, and maybe more versatile ways to structure and deliver them. Automatically Appended Next Post: AnomanderRake wrote:

I'm pretty much committed to running Scions as inquisitorial stormtroopers for exactly that reason.

No BS4, no xenos mercenaries, no whacky weapons or tools(outside of the pittance of a selection that the Inquisitors themselves can choose from), they found a way to make Daemonhosts (which should be the most HOLY gak unit in the entire Imperium) even more boring and even less effective (which says a lot, since they've always been really, really bad), and then they fethed up the FoC so badly that you can't even use them in killteam games legally, the one format where you'd actually expect to see Inquisitional goings on more than any other.
As far as the power level is concerned, it really does say a lot when you could bring the 3rd ed Inquisitional codecies in and probably fare better.
