When it comes to IFVs i am a huge fan of the goblin. but it is tracked not hover.
from sarna-
Goblin infantry support vehicle
Though the Goblin remained a capable tank during its time in the Inner Sphere, the Clan Invasion prompted Johnston Industries to redesign it. A 180 FireHeart fusion engine replaces the LongWay ICE, enabling the infantry bay to be expanded. The new Goblin can now carry a full platoon into battle. In addition, the large laser is replaced with a Sutel Precision Line large pulse laser, and a Harpoon-6 SRM 6 is added to increase its firepower. The redesign mounts two Johnston miniguns, providing even more defense against infantry. Finally, a MainFire Point Defense anti-missile system was installed to increase its survivability. The armor protection was increased from 8 tons to 9.5 tons of ferro-fibrous. Full production of this version, known as the Goblin infantry support vehicle, began in 3053, though some prototypes saw action during the final months of the initial Clan Invasion. BV (1.0) = 485,[9] BV (2.0) = 790

If you're looking for a Record Sheet you don't want to just build from scratch, the Heavy Hover APC group can usually fit in, if you're wanting some transport for the Infantry.
For tank variants, I'd look in to the Falcon, Condor, or Scimitar.
Thanks looked at the profiles and they look like they fit the vehicles well, the Infantry definitely needs some transports.

Spoiler:
Thanks for the tip I actually bought these tanks from death ray designs that looks almost exactly like the Goblin.
I also finished painting the command convoy from death ray designs I think they will be useful as objective markers. I have an idea for a scenario where one of the objectives are to steal as many vehicles as possible by moving a infantry unit in contact with them.

Those look fantastic, and I love the BA design, who's it from?
Also, the vehicles look sick.

In the meantime, painted up some more pirate 'Mechs, having decided to go with Caledor Sky for all of them, they can be down on their luck mercenaries who have decided to hoist the black flag. These were quick and dirty paintjobs for the most part, though quite enamoured with the Griffin, that one will be my new intro set demo 'Mech from now on. But quick and dirty, these will serve as mooks and campaign opposition for the most part anyway.
Spoiler:
Quick and dirty they may be, but I love the chipped paint look, great job!

Does anybody have any experience with the Initiative Deck they're selling? If so, fun to have or pointless? They're on sale here all of the sudden, so kinda curious if it enhances play or not.

Thanks! Loving the horde of Kurita 'Mechs you've shared! I love how Kurita just rolls with the bushido vibes and owns it, it shouldn't work; bright red 'mechs with massive swords and whatnot, but it does. Also, full jenner lance, awesome!

I wish it was as effortless in the game itself. One time I did try it against my regular opponent, she even stood still to make it easier to pull off, I still got dunked on when she shot me out of the air with an AC20 to the cockpit.

We use them for a couple things, but it's nothing that a regular poker deck can't replace.
The most common use is setting up who is playing where and which side of the map. Place one suit next to the map on one side, and put the same number in a stack. Shuffle and have them pick from the stack like a magic trick. They now know who they are facing and on which map.
Another thing we have used it for is when we're doing a big brawl where everyone is piloting a single 'Mech on the table, like an acceleration, Grinder, or King of the HIll. Each person picks a card an keeps it while a mating number is kept in a pile that is shuffled. Wallah, you have Initiative for a group of people. Draw from the shuffled deck to know who moves, then reverse order for Shooting.

When the target unit is facing the wrong way, and has a +0 TMM (seriously, that Dragonfly pilot forgot the first rules of piloting a Dragonfly, ABJ or ABR).
Still, I can't tell you how many times I've seen a unit attempting to DFA be shot out of the air. Even did it a few times myself. The Griffin REALLY didn't like landing in front of my Thunderbolt without a Leg.

I was teaching my 10yo son how to play yesterday, and while I was reading out all the types of Physical attacks aloud, he stopped me and asks, "What's DFA mean?"
I laughed and said, "It's when you use your jump jets to fly up and then land on top of another mech to stomp them. Unfortunately, it almost never turns out as cool as it sounds."
"By this point I'm convinced 100% that every single race in the 40k universe have somehow tapped into the ork ability to just have their tech work because they think it should."

Last Alphastrike game I had I managed to take out a Quickdraw with aDFA from my Assassin. I'll call that a win!
I'm crazy like that, next game I'm taking 12 Locusts.

Jenkins: You don't have jurisdiction here!
Smith Jamison: We aren't here, which means when we open up on you and shred your bodies with automatic fire then this will never have happened.
About the Clans: "Those brief outbursts of sense can't hold back the wave of sibko bred, over hormoned sociopaths that they crank out though."

Oh no, not the Locust swarm.. while this was in MW5, it was absolute hell to fight against! 😅 Though it was amusing to see my brother's Atlas, completely stripped of everything just so he could fit in as many LRM launchers and missiles as possible, get bullied to death by bugs as he flailed around helplessly. Does make me feel a bit better about our own upcoming mercenary campaign, where I pilot a Locust, so will have to rely on speed to keep myself in the game for sure.
Speaking of the campaign, Weiss' Wolves are done, minus the hovercraft and infantry support, but that's for another day. As is, chuffed to have these finally done, not to mention having all pilots named through adoption hehe. There's no real balance, outside of mashing models into lance formations, though if I had to be honest, mostly taking models that look old to me and well, have a hand or two to grab stuff with, for raid scenarios and whatnot we need to fight them in.
Command lance with Weiss riding in her Sentinel - Wolf Mother. Others are, from left to right: Hex, Liar and Dazzle.
Battle lance: Wrath, Kraken, Daffy and Butcher.
Recon lance: Cranky, Slug, Meat and Toxic.
Next up.. a Commando and four Savannah Masters for a side mission. After that a pair of Merlins and whatever other 'Mech I want to cram into a security lance that already has a Scorpion, maybe a Whitworth.
