First Sisters of battles, all of them. Tryanids and Guard need some serious revamping as well.

Im suprised no one has listed Tigurius yet. The face on that model is UGLY. He could really use a re sculpt.

2. Sisters actually don't look too bad. It's just that metal sucks and we want variety to custom poses and gear. That said, they need plastics.

3. New female commissar.

Sisters are expensive as metal, the models a re great but 100$ for a battle squad, I think I'll stick with the Guard.

As for a female commissar, I think female guardsman would be better, a female commissar would be nice, but you going to have more guardsman than commissars.

The model that completely looks out of place I Abaddon... he is tiny, cartoony, and looks ridiculous when placed next to kharn, deathwatch, modern eldar, tau, etc.

orks

ghaz needs a more dynamic sculpt, he looks like a door to door salesork "would you like to buy this shoota or powerclaw I am dragging at my side, I honestly have no idea how to use them obviously in my slouched slow walk"

buggies/watraxx and deffcoptas hasve to be close to the oldest sculpts in the game

an actual nob biker kit or upgrade sprue with larger legs, tired of nob torso on boyz legs., looks silly

old ork big gunz need a redo too, I would be surprised if anybody buys them.

wishlist would be alternative Gretchen and bioyz boxes different heads and such as they look a little too alike, these are not chapter marines they have personality.

tau
crisis suits, everything else seems to evolve, love the new broadsides, make the crisis suits more lean and fast looking.

cadre fireblade.... the fire warriors look better at this point

elder
all new phoenix lords

shining spears

space marines

need an HQ bike kit or upgrade sprue for captain/chapter master, and/or master techmarine

For the Necrons, all our unique characters, the C'Tan, and Flayed Ones could all use an update. In the grand scheme of things, no where near what should be at the top of GW's update priority list, but would still be nice.

I kind of like the powerclaw dragging the ground look, but I can see Ghaz getting a new model.

I ended up with two Ghazkulls. I don't normally run special characters, but he's the only mega armored warboss model so I'm just going to heavily convert him. I was thinking about trying to reverse one of the powerclaws and stick it on his other arm, and then angle his body forward a bit so that it looks like he's running like a gorilla. That's going to take a lot of cutting though, as they're both metal.

I actually can see them not making new versions of some of the older mek gunz because they are relatively expensive models that are easy to build using spare parts from other kits.

1. Anything/everything in resin!

2. All of the characters/models that GW dropped over the last couple years due to not having a model (eg: Duke Sliscus)

Any daemons that are still in Finecast. Take your pick.

Mine is the Beast of Nurgle, because out of all of them, that's the ugliest and since it has no options to change or move any part of it, it is one of the few, maybe only miniature that GW is still selling where you're expected to build an entire unit of the EXACT same model.

Converting a metal model is no more difficult for me than hacking up and gluing plastic models. The same skills are used (just differing tools - right tool for the right job). But I grew up with metal miniatures and you learned how to if you wanted something different from the bog standard ones.

Converting plastics is easy - often TOO easy.
I grew up learning that anything worth doing wasn't going to be easy. It meant you had a sense of achievement when you did it.

Kids these days don't know the pain of removing Archaon's cloak from his body (to attach to a converted Wolf Lord) with a hacksaw and burning your hand as the metal heated up from the friction.

Tigger already got a resculpt with the 4th ed. SM codex. Though I prefer the original myself.

From a personal army list:

Necrons: IMHO, crons are one of the better off armies model wise. The only updates i'd like is A) plastic Flayed Ones, and B)(really more optional) plastic C'tan. Maybe a transcendent that doesn't require me to buy a big floating box as well.

SM: Most of our kits really hold up. Tiggy and the other resin libriarian are just laughable rn, and I wish the DW Cassius model would be sold separately for us. The resin one for sale is pretty bad imho.

Ork buggy and wartrakk for sure! The current models are stuck in 2nd edition vehicle scale where the Ork crew are the size of grotz. They need one kit with many modular options to assemble your buggy/trakk in many configurations so there can be a more natural variety to fit the fluff. This would go a long way to making Ork armies more unique, fun, and flavorful.

They should make conversion kits for each Ork clan that can be added to any of the Boyz kits (boyz, storm boyz, burna boyz, etc.). Every marine chapter has unique sculpts but Ork clans have no differences in rules or models, which is a shame. I loved the character of the clan specific models in 2nd Edition (blood axes, goffs, and bad moons had unique regular boyz models, snakebite boar boyz, Goff skarboyz, etc.)

Generic Ork warboss and mega armor warboss.

Plastic deffkoptas are fine. They just need to release them as a standalone kit. Why have they not done this? The metal one is downright fugly.

Modular mek gun kit for the old mek guns.

Me pure wishlisting here, but I would like to see the dreadnought's resculpt. Now I don't want to change the overall design but I would like them to be more posable or dynamic, but mostly I would like all the weapon option to be in the box.

To those that say there is no stupid questions I say, "Is this a stupid question?"
