How does it work?
Couldn't find any rules on how to shoot from a transport, for example a rhino.

Can somebody clear that up?

You can't, unless your transport has a special rule to let you (like the Raider and Venom does).

Any transport that has rules for passengers to shoot has it detailed on the transport's datasheet. If you don't see it, then you can't shoot out.

So the rhino somehow lost it's firepoints? Did they just nail some planks over them?

You think that's bad? The Necron Ghost Ark lost Open Topped, and that thing literally has no walls.

Same with Chimera. Good bye mobile command and melta drifting.

That's something I really dont like.
I am all thankfull for a simpler set of rules and the way they put every special rule on the datasheet, but some stuff just got out of hand...

a bit too much for my taste, I really liked the simulation part of Warhammer 40K.
