Hello again fellow forum friends! I need help building a Tyranid list for my friend to use with us. I need a list that is 50 power, Patrol detachment, and beginner friendly. I don't know gak about Tyranid tactics so if one of you could give me a good list with those parameters, that would be awesome! thanks.

Is this a game using an existing collection of bugs or a purchase list for someone starting out?

Existing collection, but making it not to difficult to purchase would be nice too.

Without knowing what models we have to work with or what the opponents are playing, here's what I'd be thinking:

Trygon (8)
10 Genestealers (8)
20 Gargoyles (8)
2 Biovores (4)....I would run these as separate units
Tervigon (13)
30 Termagants (9).....you want some of these with Devourers, the more the better, although the more of these you add the exponentially cheesier this gets using PL.

(Ahem) I believe that relationship is linear.

Linear objectively, but trust me, subjectively it will be exponential....
