For fellow Blood Angels players, what are you hoping to see in the Codex when it comes out? I've had several games, with mixed results so far. My wishes:

- psychic power similar to Warptime (to give my jump packs a better shot at assaulting from jump pack assault)
- Warp talons cheaper or more useful
- something to overcome the 4++ save (more of a jest, as Harlequins are KILLING ME!!! lol)

Assault marines able to be taken as troops.
Tactical marines and sternguard able to be given jump packs, sure no one would take them but it's interesting at least.

I would like to see tactics, stratagems etc that empower assault units. Beyond that I want them to rethink the ancients, their auras are sort of redundant. The design of the DC is also a bit off, their morale in particular limits squad size by a lot. Many of the units need pts reductions including the sanguiniary guard, all of the dreadnoughts and the baal predator.

1) Assault Marines as Troops.
2) Chapter Tactics for Blood Angels and successor Chapters (namely Flesh Tearers and Maurauders, possibly Blood Ravens if they are a BA successor).
3) The SM Flyers, such as the Stormtalon.
4) Stormraven/Hurricane Bolters more expensive and this is reflected in other SM codices.
5) Stragetems that give bonuses to Assault based units.
6) Death Company do not take bravery tests.
7) Each vehicle can purchase Overcharged Engines for, say 10-20 points which allows them to fire Heavy Weapons at full BS after moving. May also advance full 6" and fire Rapid Fire weapons at -1 BS (think Heavy Weapons are too OP after Advance, or fire at -2 BS).
8) CORE RULE CHANGE - Plasma overcharged does mortal wounds instead of outright slaying. Maybe D3 Mortal Wounds.

I'd like to see a stratagem that lets all of your termies reroll their charge on a turn they teleported.

This is amazing and I want to see this now. Perfect way to disrupt gunlines, particularly if you can pull it through Infantry and/or Bikes and cause a few mortal wounds.

An actual good chapter tactic. NOT "let's just give them furious charge again," especially now that +1 str isn't really that important anymore. +1 to wound in melee like the 30k tactic would be okay.

I honestly can't think of much else outside of point changes. Like angelus bolters and our special dreads going down.

I would like to get access to variant terminators.
