Well it’s finally time to part with the last of my beloved orks. The majority of the army is mechanized and mounted in a variety of battlewagons, trucks and at the center a kustom mega fortress. This apocalypse size force represents well over 4000 points. Some of the units in the army require rules from forge world’s raid on kestorel novem book.
The army contains so many HQ options that you can make a lot of varied lists for smaller games including my own take on mad dokk grotsnik special character. There are many conversions that I am incredibly proud of and put many a long hour into. The flyers I’m very fond of, I’m not sure the tau are so happy though. The battlewagons are quite varied in size, 2 of them based off of land raider chasis. The kustom battle fortress was built off of a baneblade chasis and designed to hold a whole bunch of greenskins. There are some warbuggies and trakks to serve as outriders as well as a tiny little skorcha buggy. There are 3 units of deffkoptas with twin linked big shootas, one of which have all been converted to have buzzsaws.

There are nobz of all shapes and sizes from the average startrer box style nobz all the way to biker nobz and meganobz. The meganobz are converted from the ground up including the mega armoured warboss that leads the unit. The mek gun “lobbas” are all custom conversions as well including the “ammo runts” piles of extra ammo bases. There are almost enough ork boyz to make a few decent sized squads with a rokkit launcha each or one big horde.

All of the nob squads, their special characters and the lootas are all actually mounted in their transports in the main picture of the army. I set a goal when building my battlewagons that I wanted them to be able to physically hold the models they'll be transporting. This army is heavily inspired by all the mad max films.
