Could scions use sentinels? Or only an allied unit? Scions are sweet but only Taurox or chimaeras is a bummer.. I think a Scion conversion of the sentinel might look awesome.

Of course they can use sentinels? They're both astra militarum. I even gave my sentinel pilots scion heads.

Krieg! What a hole...

BS 3+ sentinels with volley guns would be cool, I think.

Oh if that's what he means, yeah we don't have actual scion sentinels.

How about dual HSVGs? Now that would be sweet.

There's Elysian Drop Sentinels too.

Find one of of the old pewter Sentinels. Man I miss those things. I had three but got rid of them :( You just get one and just put a Scion in the seat.

That was my thought, maybe try both scout and armoured. I'm new to the hobby so do t know the rules, and I'm keen on AM, and the scion models have a nice look, though I'm thinking about using some other heads and such further down the road. Also using a conversion kit on the Taurox so it's a half-track or totally wheeled.

My thought was Tau at first, but battlesuits are not for me. Guevesa with human equipment that has been altered by the Tau would be nice though.

Customized cadians are also a option.

Give them autocannons or lascannons and use iron strider rules maybe?

Here's my taurox in progress with Victoria miniatures wheels.

Looks nice. Wheels look better on the model in my opinion. What paint scheme are you using?

And here's the Zinge Industries half-track set:

I got it basecoated in Tamiya olive drab #3 (which is the same as Vallejo olive drab), and I intend to detail it with middlestone and various metals colors. Thatw as my original plan, but now I've decided its a bit too drab, and I'm going to try drybrushing the green up with some highlighting to channel a more Dark Angel or Salamander look.

Olive Drab with Khaki pants just got boring after the 20th scion. I was originally going for a very WW2 US look, but its just too plain as is. I'll upload one of my mostly finished models when I get home tonight.

Yeah, I really like the Zinge extra bits. I'd probably have gone with them instead of Victoria if I'd found them first. But I do really like Victoria's wheels.
