Last Xmas the battle forces I bought where 3x Deathwatch:
Each one had:
1x Razorback ($55)
3x DW squad: ($180)
1x Terminator squad ($74)
1x 5man bike squad ($100)
1x Watch master ($30)
+ got (i cant remember, maybe 3 or 4 Deathwatch upgrade sprues per box, think are $20 each so lets say 3) ($60)
= $499
Got each battle force for $280 AU
Hope they have some bargains like that again

The Hybrid "Squad" is Cadian Shock Troops, a Cadian Heavy Weapon Team, and a Genestealer Cult Upgrade Frame.
The Hybrid set is the stuff you'll find in all the artwork.
From what I can see, Overkill gets you
+ 7 Acolyte Hybrids (but no options)
+ 6 Neophyte Hybrids (but no options)
+ 4 Aberrants
+ 2 Purestrains
- 12 Cadians
- 1 Goliath
On top of that you get the Cassius Squad and it costs 10 euro more.

Genestealer Patriarch Genestealer Primus Genestealer Magus and two Familiars 2 Purestrain Genestealers 4 Aberrants 12 1st/2nd gen Hybrids (mix of talons, CCW and pistols so you're missing most of the special weapons) 16 3rd/4th gen Hybrids (1 grenade launcher, 1 mining laser & autoguns so your missing the shotguns and heavy weapons, plus the banner/icon bloke)
so it's certainly where I'd start a cult force (and actually works quite well with the Christmas box especially if you build them to work together)

Yeah that's it as far as battleforces are concerned, 8 of them. The Christmas flyer is 20-something pages long, I've flipped through it and nothing jumped out at me as being new but maybe I just missed something.
Any chance of posting a higher rez pic? The top ones e.g. ork are still somewhat a mystery...

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.

I think "Magic Bows" will do the trick for 40k, but if they receive proper sci-fi weapons I'll not complain

Because that model, (The great and flavourful sculpt that is was), is not available anymore. The only big Mek with KFF is part of the Meganobz kit now. Shame, there a couple of great orky scupts that you have to get from ebay nowadays. The older painboy with the surgical mask is another example.
Which means you are likely looking at no KFF big mek without mega-armour once the codex hits. Don't spend too much money on non-MAKFF big mek if you don't mind risking those being invalidated...
