Hi guys,
I've been lucky enough to be allowed to launch a war games club at the school I work at, I've got lots of models and rules for different systems but realised I have practically no terrain having played at my FLGS forever!
I'm looking to purchase 40k/WarmaHordes quality terrain, my budget isn't massive as it's just coming out of my own pocket but would love the kids to play on some cool stuff.
Hit me up with what you've got

Best bet is to make it. Look o line and do a terrain party. Everyone makes a hill or whatever. Check out the terrain tutor

Have you tried contacting the local FLGS/GW? They might be about to replace some of theirs or have damaged peices/boxes that you could use?

Have you materials to build some? Get the clubbies to bring in stuff to use.
Plastic crates and similar come up in the P&M section quite regularly, and looks good enough to use in most games.
It's not multi-level unless you get really creative, but should cover a table in no time.

This. At a minimum, they should be willing to help with a decent price break. Pitch the angle that you're helping to grow a hobby community of future customers. 
On another note, have you tried to contact GW's promotions/community team? You might get some love from them for the cause.
