I just got hold of some FW Grave Warden parts from ebay for cheap, basically enough to build the whole squad but without legs(!), so I need to source some replacements/stand-ins from somewhere. And have been surprised at the lack of 3rd party termy leg options, and was just wondering if anyone knew of any others?

Original FW models for reference:

Blurb says they are based on cataphractii, so bonus points if the replacements look heresy era...

The best ones I’ve found so far are from Anvil, but they only do bionic ones, which might look weird to have a whole 5 man squad all with bionics?

Hitech’s option have tabards, which I’m not sure about:

Wargame Exclusive only have a thousand sons option, and I am going to convert them to use for my thousand sons, but I’m not sure these would fit with the look of the grave wardens torsos/arms...

I did think about just getting plastic cataphractii/tartaros legs from the gw kits, but they are all sold out at my usual bits stores (and about as expensive as most of the resin options!). The plastic scarab occult terminators legs might work, but as with the Wargame exclusive option above I’m not sure they will look right with the grave warden parts.

Anyone have any other ideas?

You could always hit up a bits seller on somewhere like Ebay for the plastic legs for terminators of any number of forms..

Yeah, I should have mentioned that I already did that: no one on ebay uk is selling any plastic cataphractii or tartaros legs at the moment!
A couple of people are selling Scarab occult legs but they actually work out as expensive as the third party resin options I listed in the first post, and as mentioned above, I’m not totally sure they would look correct anyway...

Ive used dark Imperium plague marines to make my true scale mk3 marines and with some plastic card spacers added to the thighs and some green stuff to thicken them they are actually bigger than termi legs .

I’ve not got any plague marines lying around, and sounds like a bit too much work for me(!), but thanks for the suggestion. You did remind me that I’ve got a primaris marine spare somewhere, that was just gonna be a base decoration for a dreadnought, so I might see what his legs would look like, but again think it would need some work to get them the right size.

Any other suggestions?
