Looking for some general feedback, and what to fill the last 166 points with. This is for games at flgs, not tourney, if I wanted to tourney I'd just bring mortarion, Magnus, and Spam pox walkers bored to death.

The cultists would be better with ranged weapons, but I figured I'd use my poxwalker models for them and wysiwyg they have cc weapons. They're basically there to be cheap screen.

For the final points I'm thinking either, crawler, another helbrute, contemptor, blight hauler, blightbringer + upgrade cultists to poxwalkers, spawn, rhinos, or another plague marine squad. But really unsure with so many options.

Id like to see some transports for the Plague Marines. 1 rhino, double stuffed, or 2 Rhinos with some extra bodies.

I was thinking that too, but I'd need 2 to fit them, so that's 140 points to most likely move them up for a turn then disembark. Still might be worth it for the extra mobility that turn thouh, especially with maelstrom objectives.

Deathshroud aren't very good even with the points drop if they aren't following around a character to soak wounds for (Like Morty or Magnus), mixed arms on PM squads isn't the best option; go double plasma or double launchers, it depends on what you want them to do. If you wanna be aggressive, plasma, if you wanna sit back and shoot, launchers.

I'm assuming your Chaos Lord will be walking with the PM's and the DP will be flying with the drones? If so, I'd say launcher on the PM's. If you do go with Rhinos, take plasma guns.

With your extra points, I'd get a second Hellbrute. Honestly I'd have a shooting base with 2x Hellbrute and 2x 5 man PM squads with launchers walking with a lord, with your Terminator star/DP led drones playing the main offensive role.

You're right, lord walks with PMs, demon prince flys with the drones, possibly assist blightlords. Thanks for the advice. I'll have to snag some special weapons. I'd prefer if both had double launcher. I wish the kit came with at least 2 blight launchers.

I agree, I converted a second by cutting apart a bolter and part of one of the steampunk backpacks, it looks kind of like a melta, but its different enough that people don't argue when I say its a blightlauncher (I gave it a canister and all that). Probably gonna GS it to make it look even less melta-y lol.

Yes, Deathshroud can slay the crap outta some MC's, but they can't catch them, and their gun (IMO) sucks unless your facing a lotta hordes. Their models make amazing conversion pieces tho.
