Anybody have any ideas or suggestions of alternative Fiends of Slannesh models?
For the life of me I cannot find anything appropriate.

I am working on this as well currently. If the model resembled that picture just a bit more I think I would like it more... but it doesn't.

The best conversion I have seen, personally, is to use the Fiend base model but change the torso, arms and head. They used Beastmen torsos (I haven't figured out which ones yet) and dryad arms and heads. It looked pretty neat. I am thinking what I am going to do is just use the different head and see if it fits onto the Fiend. As I actually think most of the base model is fine.

I used these guys..

Tigers Of Dirz from Rackham.

Only 3 poses, but they fill a 40mm base well, and I like em.

Azreal - I would probably use something like that if I wasn't stuck on only using Games Workshop models and bitz.

Those are great thank you.
Best I have seen.

Its a bad situation. I love the art and the fluff for Fiends. Hate the old GW models.

I found these conversions I want to try to replicate. In the blog I was able to find where the pic is from he uses the regular fiend bottom/legs/tail, but changes the torso to some kind of beastmen then uses the arms and heads from the dryads kit.

I think I would still use the regular arms from the fiend or try to for the claws but I think these look really good while still staying true to the art.

That "regular fiend", whilst technically correct; uses the bodies of the first edition of the Fiend models which are long OOP and much smaller than the current ones.

The Tigers of Dirz that Azreal13 suggested are still in production (along with all of the original Rackham stuff) from https://cadwallon.com/rackham-confrontation/alchemists-dirz.

So I had another think section about the Fiend issue. While the 3rd party model works and it's cheaper.. there are those of us still trying to make it work with GW models only. So I thought I would run it by you all in this thread again!

First up... is the Gryph-Hounds. They are on a 40mm base just like the Fiend and I believe the base body works/looks similar. The head is separate... so you could attach a torso/crabclaws/head to it (likely dryad stuff and daemonette stuff). I'm a bit stuck on what to do with the tail but in general I think it could work? Opinions? Here is a picture of them...

Second up... is Vanguard-Palladors gryphon mounts. Seen here.

It might be a little bigger but the legs and main body, once you get excess AOS good guy stuff of looks perfect. It even has a tail you could just green stuff a more barber daemonette claw onto and you have the scorpion tail. The head and larger size is the only issue I see.

So... opinions?

I like them both for sure. The Pallador would be an awesome conversion and with GW upscaling a lot of there daemon beasties with each new update I think they would be awesome.

While both of those are good I still feel you need the backwards rear legs as, although it's a minor thing it's a thing which truly defines them to me, much like the horn and single eye on a Plaguebearer for example.

Pictured model is a Bathalian Centurion, though other reaper bathalian stuff might also work. On the gryph hounds, assuming it splits the head off at the collar, possibly just leave the body as is, and greenstuff on dryad torsos? Not sure the size'd fit though.
