It is actually Blue. Valejo Air: Light Sea Blue
Stippled over black undercoat. Thin
Layers so it looks like a chipped paint or something.

Never saw the Puppet's War bomber painted and in scale, thanks for that. Looks great!

Those Goblin Bikers are from Maxmini. Fantastic Quality.
