So Warhammer 40k owes a lot of its roots to fantasy elements, but set in space. Some are more obvious. Psykers are space wizards and fighters, barbarians, clerics, and paladins are all pretty evident in 40k. And all space marines are sort of monks and chaos sorcerors are warlocks.

But are there any examples of the following in 40k:

Bards (characters or types of characters that fight and create art of some sort, etc. Harlequins?)
Druid (nature magic, shapeshifting?)
Rogues (Raven Guard? Alpha Legion?)
Artificer (tech marines?)
Shaman (ancestor worship? spiritual magic?)

Any other tropes and examples of said trope come to mind?

Well, the warp pretty much behaves like space magic so any psyker or warp user is your wizard, magician, sorcerer and so on.

Rogue Traders are rogues by definition as well as inclination

I'd put Eldar psychic powers into the druid/Shaman slot. Lots of use of spirits to power stuff, even if true reversible shape shifting isn't really tagged as a thing for them. Callidus Assassins, however, ate all about the shape shifting.

Harlequins for bards is a good catch.

Kroot fit pretty well as druids. Animistic shapeshifters (albeit ove generations).

Bards - Goff rockers. Some daemons carry instrumentation. The sisters have a little of it (more in their rpg representations)
Shamans - Space wolves
Artificers - admech, squats, ork meks, tau in a way

Not really, but enough to fit their shaman class I think. Absorpsion of DNA by selective eating can alter the biology of their next generation
