The Destroyer Tank hunter somewhat fills this role, but It's FW and I think discontinued. So a plastic version would be excellent. It may be a bit tanky for your desire, and I'd tend to agree. But the Vanquisher is unfortunately terrible so something that fills the role of a dedicated tank hunter and is easier to find and cheaper than a destroyer would be a great addition to the Guard. .

Dedicated Regimental/Company Commander would be great, as you say when your Company Commander and Platoon Commander are essentially identical it's a shame.

Tyranids:
I agree new Vore kit(Mixed pyro/Bio and maby a third character/HQ option just to spice things up that heals tyranid units like a medic could even be synapse too)

New Lictor/Deathleaper/3rd version maby a close shootie version of the lictor)

Aberrant kit(nuff said)

Primis/Magus with more weapon options

Great Ancient(Primarch equiv) Broodlord LOW option that is a lvl 2 psyker and has near Hive Tyrant stats but is still zippy like a broodlord he will be the only GSC character that cannot cult ambush and have an upgraded zelot rule to sack bodyguards/fodder for wounds on a 2+ even though I'm thinking 10-12 W for him.

Craft world Eldar
1. the obvious plastic aspect warriors with alternative weapons

2. Autarch with lots of option, but the way GW is been going probably will not get this

3. more Falcon variants like firestorm since it's no longer a forge world model.

Eldar Harlequins
1. death jesters with other heavy weapons like they used to have

2. harlequin mimes and troopers that can take 2 weapons

3. Wraith lord variants that is fast and agile

IG:
- Grenadiers for regiments (like Karskin and such) that aren't scions at all
- New chimera with autocannon turret (I think it'll look cool)
- Rough Riders!
Alternatively, plastic steel legion. (or all at the same time, I'm not picky)

Kroot:
- dual infantry kit (add pistoliers with knives)
- Krootox with 2-3 gun options
- Kroot hounds in plastic

Inquisition:
- super customizable inquisitor kit
- plastic acolytes
- another inquisitor kit?

Ad-mech:
- flying transport (like a valkyrie sort of)
- Skitarii HQ
- ???

I like the destroyer models though :(
Could use a melee option. A bunch of destroyers armed with warscythes and rerolls 1s to hit and wound would be pretty sweet.
Problem though is that they would eclipse scytheguard.
