so i kitbashed my whole ork and ig tank companiez and i like how it look. But yesterday i received a leman russ... And i realized that my recent scratch and kitbash are way way of scale.
My grots tank are the size of the old rhino.
My scorchas are the size of the new rhino
My leman russes are the size of sicaran
My kill tanks are baneblade sized.

So do you have problems playing against armies where the minis are too big. And where do you put the limit?

Bits box, I ain't got no bits box...I have a bits room...

Since being bigger is mostly a disadvantage, you are likely not to get called out on it as must as if they were smaller than the "official" model.

I stopped caring about size when things like the Wraithknight came out. Make it as big as you like.

I'd agree with Galef here. There's pros and cons to being big, but generally it's a disadvantage. For casual games you really shouldn't have a problem, and I'm sure almost all TO's will give this the OK for use in a tourney too.

Bigger vehicles find it harder to get cover and are thus easier to shoot. Don’t see anyone complaining about that!

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"

Vehicles? Cover? Don't think I have seen yet in 8th ed vehicle actually getting from cover unless it has come from some wargear or trait!

Depends on how he's using them.

There's a story of guys who make Ork Wagons like billboards, ran them up front, and turned them 90 degrees to completely block LOS to the horde of Boyz on foot behind...

Nice!
I wonder how long that was allowed to transpire!
