As I do like puzzles and scenarios, I had a look into some of the rumour engine teasers that are yet to be solved and here is my speculative theory about the return of Fulgrim. As usual, please apply an appropriate amount of salt.

After comparing the belly of one of Fulgrim's depictions with the latest teaser of August 21, I think the teaser is the scaly belly of Fulgrim. The "dents" in the scales look pretty close.

Spoiler:
21 August 2018

Or maybe the back of his tail
Spoiler:

The sword in the teaser of June 5 makes me think it is similar to the one on the Epic model of Fulgrim, the overall curvature is very close and I would expect a very close positioning on the model.

Spoiler:
5 June 2018

My initial thought regarding the sword was Eldar, it is curvy and there are some kind of gemstones on it, but a little bit more twisted and evil looking to be Eldar. Looking at another model, I find some similarities in the weapon of the Lord of Slaanesh on Daemonic Mount (curvy with gemstones) https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Lord-of-Slaanesh-on-Daemonic-Mount reinforcing my idea that it is a Slaanesh-related item.

I would be tempted to believe the teasers from July 24 and 31 are also both related to Fulgrim, but I am less confident than for the ones here above.

The teaser of July 24 makes me think of a helm with some kind of scaly adornment to the left and right, similar to what is seen in the teaser of July 31 which I would put somewhere near the model's base. The markings on it reminds me of the ones on the deamonette's claws, something which was already pointed out by several people. https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Daemonettes-of-Slaanesh-2017

This could be a thing. I hope it pans out!

I'm hoping you're right and some of the rumour images certainly seem to point to Slaanesh.

The sword however is almost certainly Genestealer Cults but the rest you could be right on.

The sword is fairly unambiguously a Genestealer Cult bonesword. It's definitely not Slaaneshi.

It's also very unusual for multiple teasers to be from the same model.

I would really, really love a Fulgrim model, but it looks very unlikely he's coming this year, and I would wager a reasonably large amount of money none of these images are from one.

Also, please don't start threads with titles like "inbound" Fulgrim model when you're just wishlisting and speculating (and there's already a speculation thread!).

There is precedent of multiple teasers from same models if i'm not mistaken Custodes had like 3 differents one just from the Bikes and as properly pointed the Sword it's Genestealer cult as it's almost 100% identical to previous ones just with a bit different shape.

Apologies for the "inbound", I removed it. I haven't found a specific Fulgrim speculation thread before posting, otherwise I would have added there.

Can we have a "speculations & wishlists" section so we can keep the news and rumors about news and rumors ?

With regards to the sword, this might indeed be Genestealer cult, there is one close enough in the Acolyte Hybrids set.

This said, I believe this can be some kind of false positive, with GW teasing something very close to but eventually different.

We'll see.

The title suggests it's a rumour. It's not. Not sure why this can't be in the same thread as all the other rumour picture speculation.

Fulgrim is a question of when, not if, at this point; the primarch models have been a huge success for GW and there's no reason for them to slow down on it, especially not for the remaining cult legions.

Maybe there is no reason, but they did slow down. Magnus, Rob, and Morty came out rapidly, since then, silence. Especially considering the fact next one really should be another loyalist and so far even the tiniest shred of rumour or foreshadowing was only about the two traitors...

You're right that the next primarch should be a loyalist; I was fully expecting Russ to be released alongside the Space Wolves codex, but since he wasn't we can probably assume he isn't next in line. I don't have a good idea on who it might be but I'm still totally rooting for dreadnought Ferrus Manus.

a loyalist returning would move the story, a traitor however would not. important considerations TBH

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Spoiler alert; Fulgrim comes back not as a Daemon-Primarch, but as a Trygon.

Or it's a pic of a Tyranid, which it obviously is.
