Fun fact, the whole of Phyraxes army now numbers 65 CSM, 10 terminators, 10 Havocs, 5 chosen, aswell as a decent amount of HQ and minor vehicles.

The real funny part is, that just out of theory crafting, the list is atm fieldable under 2000 pts.
I honestly think the scale creep went a bit out of hand GW.

After that i require some ideas in regards to applying my scheme to the poor rhinos and the defiler?

Thoughts on that are appreciated.

Got no recommendations ... but wanted to say the army is looking really solid, and pretty similar to where I'd like to take my own NuChaos models: 2x termis, termi lord, big CSM squad, stompy daemon engine friends, etc. Also I'm stealing your 'heavy chainswords' move on the termies

PSST: Here, today i will progress with field fortifications for batteries.


This one was a bit more annoying to make, due to the small nature of the upper parts. (in essence it is 3 plates glued to each other, one as base the upper to for obstacle making.
At some point i will make double plates to put on the table in a modular fashion and directly make my terrain on that.

The BSF models, Are in essence just more elite parts of the AF auxiliaries. Which will probably soon be expanded. Depending on Anvils cycle of relases though.

Granted i did staple it to the general weak material and added in some glue before, so that it eventually holds.

So, has anyone still other suggestions for a alternative daemonprice modell?

I love the Mierce model myself, and feel its military nods - Roman-esque shield, shoulder pads, helmet-like head - work with your boy's human model. The lord of malice is far more generic CHAOS! which is cool but doesn't connect as well.

aye, however i have a feel, that this has mostly to do with the paintscheme.
if one would paint the Lord of malice in mostly red i'd assume he would fit the bill.
Also the sabre of it preety much fits Meinels main weapon.
