My family basically gave me a budget for this year to get whatever warhammer I want. I made myself three options as what to get myself. Help me pick.

1. Decimator and Hell Blade.
2. Hell talon (the bigger one)
3. Siracen Tank (Am I spelling that right?) And a khorne termie upgrade kit.

The tank.

It's well 'ard.

The Hell Blade/Talon is imo the coolest looking model in the entire FW Chaos lineup so one of those options. Probably 1 because you'll actually be able to use the Decimator.

Decimators are awesome. Hell Blade/Talon not as much. Sicaran is awesome as well.

For a suggestion outside of what you already picked, the Xiphon, Scorpius and Contemptor Dreadnought are also worth considering.

I'd be tempted by the bomber as its the most expensive of the three options. Sometimes its good to jump for the pricey option when you can afford it as it can prove the most difficult to save up for later.

Personally, I'd go with the Decimator / Hellblade. They are the most likely to be used on the tabletop. If you do get a Decimator, don't forget the weapons options.

But it's hard to go wrong with a Sicaran. Were it not for the fact it competes with Laspreds, I would include it in every game.

The Helltalon is expensive for what it does.

If I do go Decimator, whats the best loadout? Is the soulburner too expensive now?

Sicaran is my favorite tank, even tho it's underwhelming on tabletop

Storm Eagle, every time. Price compared to other Chaos transports there's just nothing that matches what it brings to the table. However, Butcher Cannons and such look like they'd be fun as well.

Dual Butcher cannons I think is the best loadout, unless CA fixes the melee to be more like dreadnoughts. Even so, I'd get the melee arms as well.

I agree the fist is weirdly weak, however its also 10 points cheaper than the helbrute fist, so I get WHY its weaker. Im guessing with how butcher cannons work, I could fire it into two different units to knock -2 to LD on both? If so, for 150 points a Decimator would actually make a killer debuff cannon.

yes you can split fire to debuff 2 units. The double melee is 47 points per arm making it 184 points total. Not worth it most of the time if you're playing seriously.

So soul burner at 60 points isnt worth anymore? Or is it still ok compared to tje butcher cannon? I only ask because if I go butcher, the model.basically becomes a slightly weaker and cheaper forgefiend with a better BS.

I don't think soulburner is worth it anymore. YMMV.

I wanted one of those old school land speeders they just released. Forge World gets me every time they take an old school goofy looking model and redo them.

If the Titan Maniple isn't an option...

Decimator and Hell Blade. They are the two coolest Chaos minis on the market, IMO.
