Fiction or not stuff has to be believable within its own meta world. You turn cpt American in to a secret nazi agent, that was nazi back in the late 20s and it aint an else world and the story won't make sense.
And fungi very much can walk, they just do it by hijacking other organisms. People forget that orcs are not just fungi, they have more in common with lichen, in the sense they are a composit organism. Then we wouldn't need that stupid tri helix DNA thing, but I guess not all writers have to be masters of biology, even of their own invented worlds.

Reminds me of the Dawn of War expansion pitting 7 factions against each other. Whilst fun it was hardly legitimate nor believable.

I am excited. One day left. I hope they get something for making Primaris interesting. They spoke about Imperial reinforcement and then this video. Maybe Calgar in a Dreadnought and Sicarius as new Chapter Master?

I hope that if there is a new primaris wave coming, GK are going to get them too. I would dig upscaled strikes, that don't have to pay the nemezis weapon tax.
