so im back into 40k since 8th edition after a few years of a break and just want to show what im getting done on the painting table.
Starting off with the first Knight I painted (and besides 2 unbuilt Helverin Armigers the only Knight I own).



Next will be my Deathwatch coming (you can see some in the picture already).

A bit of my own fluff to go along with this.
This Deathwatch army, along with a regiment of Astra Militarum PDF, the Iron Angels Adeptus Astartes Chapter and an Order of Sisters of Battle are slowly but surely corrupted by Chaos.
The Chapter Master of the Iron Angels got posessed by a Demon of Chaos and is believed to be the Reincarnation of Sanguinius by his troops.
Thats why the army is in various stages of chaotic corruption and this will show in future pictures and projects as well.

They will be played as SoB with a Slaanesh theme.. they will most likely be transporting Raging Heroes lust Elves which will either be Deathcult Assassins or maybe the Flail people which actually have a stratagem.

I continued to work on the Blood Roses of Slaanesh Immolators.

Tried to do a color gradient with the airbrush, also made a mistake as you can see in the picture.
I don't actually know yet how I'm going to fix that, maybe with a freehand of some sort..

So thats how one of the three looks atm.

again continued to work on the first of the three Immolators and it's about finished.
I do think about adding battledamage and more decoration, maybe a freehand later, but for now I just want them to be ready for the table.

They are part of the corrupted force that all my imperial minis are part of.
The Iron Angels SM, Deathwatch, SoB Blood Roses of Slaanesh, the Knight "Todbringer" and the Guardsmen.

Btw. it's really well done and quite easy to put together.
So I might actually even get a second (different) model from creature caster in the future.

So I finally finished the 3 Blood Roses of Slaanesh Immolators.
I might revisit them later to add more stuff like decorations, battle damage etc. but for now I consider them battle ready.

Lovely work, from the OSL on your Deathwatch to the Color scheme on your Sisters... the gold and purple really set each other off nicely. Of course, I will need to smite the foul heresy that is your traitorous Order, but first I'd love to know where your sourced (or built?) those turrets. Also, will you wait for new plastics, or do you have a stash of metal Sisters to get started with? Can't wait to see the infantry in that scheme.

Of course I will show you the path to truth and freedom from the corpse Emperor with extatic violence first..

I did not build those turrets myself, they are from here.

The Sisters I want to use are from the Anvil Industry Kickstarter which I pledged to.
So I can't exactly say when I can start assembly and painting since they have not delivered yet.

Also I will need more of those in the future, when they hopefully go into normal production.

And honestly, I can't wait myself I'm quite in love with the purple / gold scheme right now.

Wargame exclusive has some really good (imho) repentia minis that fit the style of a fallen order as well.
So I might get some of those too.

Celestine will be a conversion coming up after KoS and DP
