Looking really good Steve, more PC components being used I see. I love how much detail there is already and that you’re planning even more!

Inquisitor's Warband for the Narrative campaign that will be played on this table

This is a great shot. So much going on with these pieces.

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

Posting as Fifty_Painting on Instagram.

My blog - almost 40 pages of Badab War, Eldar, undead and other assorted projects

Picked up one of these to use as terrain for a narrative mission

It'll also be the centerpiece for the table / fallen smaller titan

It'll be removable

Can't wait to see that inquisitorial warband painted up, they'll great on your board!

I'm impressed you're using a warhound for terrain too!

A Titan for terrain, you really are mad! Is it missing bits or are you magnetising it so it can also be a standing up Titan?

No I'm going to paint it as a wreckage initially and try not to damage it that much.

For the narrative campaign I wanted to have it as a centerpiece for a game as a wreck + it'll be the cherry on top for the table to really make it pop (similar to what the crashed thunderhawk does on a table). I'm really trying to make this something.

I'll post board pictures as I go. I'll be making a 2 or 3 part video on it so thats why its taking forever

Adding spackle and texture on the scatter terrain today. I got candles for days if we go dark tonight

I have two other players send me more terrain to add - one is a delayed secret santa so I'll see what it has

Loving the scatter bits I'm using I casted.

Thanks everyone!

Okay now for:

Apoxie sculpt instead of plaster for this - it gives some weight

Then sand later on this week and texture paints

That’s immense! Even the large nid and Sicaran can hide amongst the city. No doubt you’ll do it justice with the paint too

I plan to add more buildings and add on's later as well. Maybe 3-5 story buildings! The fortress walls aren't going to be used in most games. I just wanted a starship troopers style fort for Tyranids vs Guard/Marines.

Thanks!

This project has been a huge time sink. It's sort of how I work - I start finish armies/tables all in one go. I really want to finish everything before the end of Feb.
