So my brother Ashley is meeting me next Friday for a hot game of 6th. I get to run what Dwarfs we have vs. his Lizardmen or Dogs of War, whichever he chooses to bring.

Now, our Dwarfs aren't at a full 2,000 points yet, and I will have to augment with Dogs of War. My intent was to take a unit of Heavy Cavalry and a hireling Wizard. My issue comes from not knowing whether or not you can take multiple DOW units in a non-DOW army. In the Dwarfs book it doesn't give 0-1, but says you may run a DOW unit as a Rare. Am I to assume that I can fill both Rare slots with DOW?

Looking for dice from the new AOS boxed set and Dark Imperium on the cheap. Let me know if you can help.

you can field a DoW Unit per Rare Slot. there are some limitations, though, depending on which Regiment of Reknown you are planning to field. for example, Ruglud can not be used by a dwarf army

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I think you still lose your dispel bonus if you take a wizard in 6th, but please check that.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

You have 2 Rare slots, and are not otherwise restricted, so take both DoW units if you like.

Against LM/DoW, the Goblin Hewer is a good choice. I'd not take the Wizard for theme. OTOH, GIants of Albion would be a fun surprise.
