Well, looks quite good.
I'd take Doomscythes instead of Doomday Arks. But its just me.
A 20 men Warrior blob would be nice.

That's too much.
My pick would be the Doomscythes.
For the pts saved, I'd add more variety to the army.
Destroyers or Wraiths.

I feel the army is very skewed towards killing vehicles/super heavy type stuff and actually has too much overkill.
VS hordes or armies who have a lot of mid range troops that dont care about str 8-10 multiple damage you might struggle?
I'd drop a doomsythe at least and bulk out the immortals / take more units of them.
You have 3 scoring troops only at the moment.

You all don't think there's enough anti horde? Don't forget about the two gauss flayers on the arks and tesla destructors on the scythes. The doom scythe strategem that punishes clumped up units will be effective too. Additionally, I gave the stalkers heat rays so they can use double flamers as well. Between that, the tesla immortals and the methodical destruction strategem I feel like i'll be alright. But again, I haven't tried the list against a true horde army so there's that to consider. I appreciate your feedback!

The list looks very similar to what im thinking of using next month
NECRONS SAUTEKH BATTALION DETACHMENT
HQ
Overlord (Warlord - Hyperlogical Strategist) - staff of light [94]
Crytek - Chronometron, Staff of light [95]
TROOPS
Immortals (10) - 10x tesla carbines [150]
Immortals (10) - 10x tesla carbines [150]
Immortals (7) - 7x tesla carbines [105]
ELITES
C'tan Shard of the Deceiver {Antimatter Meteor, Sky of Falling Stars} [225]
Triarch Stalker - Heat ray [125]
Triarch Stalker - Heat ray [125]
HEAVY SUPPORT
Doomsday Ark [160]
Doomsday Ark [160]
Doomsday Ark [160]
NECRONS SAUTEKH AIR WING DETACHMENT
FLYERS
Doom Scythe [150]
Doom Scythe [150]
Doom Scythe [150]
from tests with similar lists, feel it would do well against hoards. But the doom scythes also help with the sudden increase in deathwatch going around.
The main problem i see with your list in comparison is, your hq choices are all pure tax. and they dont benefit the rest of the list much

I think that the voidreaper relic is a bit of a waste, might be better served saving that CP.
Otherwise, i'd love to find a way to beef up the immortals, but thats just me.
Whats the point of the deceiver in this list? I think it feels out of place. He's good, but you don't have anything that wants to be anywhere near the enemy. So. (Shrug)?
I'd take him out, and get a big brick of tomb blades with gauss or tesla.

To be fair, I use the deceiver in this style list to move things up if going first (like the heatray stalkers) or even the doomsdays into better positions if i get null deployed.
or if going second and i null deploy my opponent then get given turn one. I use the deceiver to give me the best advantage in los.
Only time it doesnt come into effect is going second and keeping second.
Do agree the voidreaper on the lord is just waste of a relic, as will be foot slogging it all around.

Thank you for all the feedback everyone! I agree with the voidreaper relic, bit of a waste. I think the Abyssal Staff is a perfect way to begin the methodical destruction strategem without loosing shots that would really benefit from it, so I equipped it on a cryptek with mobility. The cryptek also serves as a versatile hq option that can heal vehicles or enhance resurrection protocols. I only have 1 maxed out immortal squad to keep up with my will be done. Ideally, i'd like to include more immortals, but removing anything else in the list, including any scarabs (these guys are little gods), would throw off the synergy.
I agree with @moonsmite completely with the use of the Deceiver. His redeploy has come in handy many times and I genuinely feel like it's a necessity. What are your thoughts on this reiteration?
