Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

Most of the image links seem broken.

For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back.

Same for me.

The report was a good read otherwise, i just let myself imagine what might be under those red x marks

Also every battle report should include a dog.

realism is a lie

*edit* I guess I can't link to google drive pictures; I won't make that mistake again.

You can, but getting the direct links is an art form in itself (there are guides online). I switched to Imgur as it was such a pain.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"

I'm open to "Things I did wrong" and "Things I should have done different" - I'm still learning how to play 40k in 8th edition.

Don't be shy!

Other than the bike rush, which you caught yourself, your only real mistake was drinking bloody marys and not the contents of that box of Blue Label.

Now I'm thirsty...

That last picture was the preparation for a second, larger game. I didn't battle report that one, but all three of those bottles are much diminished.
